Description of Work: Mr LaFond is very knowledgeable, having been in the real estate and appraisal business since 1947. He wrote a complete report on the appraisal of our home, but I felt he could have done more research on properties in our particular neighborhood. I asked him to do so, and he complied, but did not respond by e-mail to further questions.
