My wife and I couldn't be happier with our newly refinished wood floors. Brian was awesome to work with from start to finish. The quote process was easy and he definitely knows his stuff. His ideas and advice were spot on. The finished product is amazing and there was no clean up for us to do at all. Great service. Great product. Great Value.

I am extremely happy with how this project went from start to finish. Brian was very plesant to work with, prices are very reasonable and the finished floors look fantastic. The floors were all different colors and some in worse shape than others. They sanded everything and stained it all one color. Brian worked with us to find the right color and make sure we were happy with the finished project. The floors look great and I'm impressed with their clean up. There was no dust left that needed cleaning. I am also happy with how quick he was able to start and finish this project. I will definately recommend this company to anyone refinishing their floors. Brian and his team did a great job repairing and finishing the birch flooring in my rental. The bedrooms had been carpeted and the flooring was coated in paste wax. They were in very rough shape but they turned out great. They finished the floors with three coats of polyurethane as well.

Brian did a great job. He was easy to work with and even took care of some items that I wouldn't have expected (ex., grouted around the fireplace hearth for a nice transition, touch-up painting, etc.). I would recommend Eaglewood.

Brian is the true meaning of a professional. I hired Brian and his team to install wood floors in my new construction house which has multiple corners and areas where they needed to line up and it turned out perfect. They were clean , thoughtful and got the job done in the time we needed. My wife and I are beyond impressed with his responsiveness, attention to detail, listening and understanding of what we had envisioned. He offered ideas that we would have never thought of with 2 young boys. I would and will recommend him for any future flooring jobs. Trust me when I say I am as picky as they come and Brian is the guy when it comes to flooring.

Friendly, fast, professional, recommended!

As others have mentioned, Brian is terrific at customer service. His team took on a big project in addition to refinishing my floors. They pulled out two layers of linoleum hiding a soon to become beautiful fir wood. I am VERY pleased with their work and my new living space.

Brian was very prompt in contacting me when I contacted Home Advisor. He worked with our schedule so the floors could be done when we were out of town, (no worries about people and dog traffic). When we returned home the floors looked beautiful, however l felt they needed another coat and Brian returned to take care of it. Everything looks great, Thanks again Brian!

Dealt with Brian he was awesome at getting back to me on all of my questions and when they came and did the work they informed us of the better options our floors look awesome!!!

I was in a terrible sitution with a floor gone wrong!! I called Brian and he came out immediatly and the next day we had service. They were clean , quick, quiet and would recommend them . I'm pleased to say he's already got 2 refferals from me. I was a bit surprized that my basebaord moldings didn't comeup before poly and sanding. Overall did a oustanding job. Brian came in and cleaned up the mess. Advise to anyone stay with professoinals that are in the specialized in that area.
