I bought a home and wanted the hardwood floors sanded and finished after closing and 4 days before I moved my furniture in, after waiting for the floors to be dry enough I discovered what a poor job was done, the floors were like sandpaper and he did come back to redo the floors but my furniture had to be moved into my garage and porch while the floors dryed - then had to hire movers again to move my furniture into the house when the floors dryed.....major expense and headache

The guy was very nice, but did not remove all the snow and ice, so the next day - after oaying 700.00 I had water coming in the den and had to call my son-in-law to come out and complete the job. You can draw your own conculusions ......
