Absolutely fantastic from start to cleanup. Mike brought his trucks, loader, and commercial chipper to cut down and trim a few trees on my properties. Great experience and Mike is the best!

My only comment is that we were not contacted prior to arrival for stump removal.

I have hired Mike and his team several times over the years. They always provide great service and competitive pricing. A hard-working team with a legendary leader. I have had many large and small trees removed and also stump removal.

Mike and his crew did a great job. We had 10 trees removed. They did everything they could to minimize damage to the lawn and the surrounding plants. They did the job quickly, efficiently and cleaned up like they were never there. After the stumps were removed they filled, leveled and put down seed. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Mike is a gem and the crew was great. They took down 2 oak trees. The work was done well and when promised. We wanted the wood for our fireplace and the crew cut it into manageable slabs. The clean-up was done exceptionally well.

Mike and his crew are friendly, hard working and efficient. They not only got the job done quickly, they cleaned up and planted grass where they removed roots. They also were significantly less expensive than any of the other companies that put bids in for the job.

Mike and his team did a great job. They took down two ash trees the city required me to remove and cleaned up everything. My neighbors complimented me on how it looked like nobody was even there when it was finished. Plus, he’s a straight shooter and super friendly. Mike came out in the late fall and removed 2 trees and trimmed a 3rd one. He had to wait until spring to grind the stumps out because by this time the black fill dirt they use could no longer be worked - it was frozen. The great part of this story is that he said he would be back in the spring. And when spring came I was just about to call him to see when he would be coming, but he beat me to the punch. He called me and set a time to come. Perfect! When he came he once again did a great job. He ground the stumps for me. But then he put dark rich topsoil in and spread grass seed. Then, extra step, he raked in the see to help it get a good start. I cannot say enough good about my experience with Mike. He is honest, thorough and I might add he had the bests price. I almost wish I had more work to give him. I urge you to give him a chance to bid on any work you might have. I don't impress easily, but Mike exceeded my expectations. What more could you ask for.

Mike and his four assistants did a great job cutting 5 large popple trees, which were dangerously close to our house/deck. Great care and cleanup, attention to detailed requests. Great communication, too.

Mikeâ s great reviews swayed me to using him. And the reviews turned out to be a great overview on how good he really is. Some said he was great to work with and down to earth. Easy to talk to and get along with. All true. But more than that he performed above my expectations. And my expectations were high because of the reviews. He has all the equipment needed. Talented and hardworking crew members. Itâ s like a â well oiledâ machine. Kinda like a symphony to watch them work. They came when they said they would. They got to it right away and got it done in a very timely fashion. And, I must admit that I was really surprised how nicely they cleaned up when finished. They left our yard cleaner than we they got here. We had a large silver maple totally taken out. The stump is just over 4â in diameter. Must have been 50+ feet high. And we had two large branched in an ash tree to remove. Another silver maple we had them trim it up and it looks great. The last tree was a sickly evergreen about 35-40â tall. That one took them no time at all. So that is a total of 4 trees they worked on. I â highlyâ recommend Mikeâ s Dirtworks. Mike, the owner, is a great guy and one hardworking guy. You will not be disappointed! Oh yeah, he beat the competition on price too. Sweet!
