Description of Work: Had the timing belt changed on my jetta then the harmonic balancer fell off on the way to work. Took it to a shop close to where problem happened 50 miles away. When I brought it to honest 1 they gave me a hard time about the cost of the repairs and would only home me store credit... Then I had a ford worked on there and when that broke down in Duluth 3 weeks later with the same problems they wouldn't warranty their work. I know about vehicles and only went there because of convenience. Had other problems as well, was if they hired inexperienced technicians to keep cost down. Go there if you want them to learn on your car, at your expense. I won't go back.

Description of Work: We had an inspection done on a car we were interested in buying. From the first informative and helpful phone call, I was impressed with the knowledge, articulation and flexibility with this shop - compared to others I've worked with. We wound up buying the car and had them do a lot of work on it to get it back in good condition. They were very upfront and honest - willing to talk us through things we didn't know much about - and flexible with our schedule and the delay in starting work (due to paperwork not getting done right in the buying process). One minor thing wasn't done yet on the car when we picked it up and they gave us a discount on the overall amount. Very respectful and great to work with. I'm done getting talked down to and ripped off from - my husband and I have decided this is where we'll go from now on.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation and 100-point inspection. The deal turned out fine. The employees were very friendly and I enjoyed their service.

Description of Work: I went in thinking I needed brake work. My brakes were squeaking. They checked and said that I didn't. There was dirt in there and they blew it out. I was amazed at the honesty. I also like their waiting area. Makes it easy to get work done while you wait.

Description of Work: Many things repaired on older vehicle. Owner was nice, but forgetful- did not order serpentine belt, forgot later to put it on when brought it back. Had to take it back for more repairs before it was acceptable. Have tried them 3 times with 2 different vehicles, were disappointed in many regards. Will not go back.
