After being told the tub we wanted was in stock, we had to wait for it for 5 weeks. The reason for this delay - and all the others - were always someone else's fault. We set a meeting which all of our contractors agreed to. Schultz did not show up for an hour because he had to do something at home, leaving the other contractors to guess what was going to be needed for the plumbing. He cut a hole in the floor and left it; another contractor had to repair it. He left a hole in the downstairs ceiling; another contractor had to repair it. The tub faced the wrong way and had to be installed backwards. The wrong faucets were ordered from the dealer several times. I had to pick them up myself and call the plumber each time to let him know they were ready for installation. It is 4 and 1/2 months later; there is still one shower head to be exchanged for a new one and installed. All of the empty boxes were left for us to clean up; all our other contractors cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: Ordered and installed a whirlpool. Installed fixtures in shower.
