They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it actually I think it was a little sooner the new system is incredible it is at least 50% quieter than the one was replaced I love it

Phil is knowledgeable, efficient, and comes promptly when called. He has kept our split level air conditioning units running efficiently. Amy is great at customer service and both of them are so pleasant to do business with! We are so glad to have them on our side!

Lake Shore Heating and Cooling were a pleasure to work with. From the first contact I had with them to finishing the project of installing our AC they were very responsive to our questions and were able to schedule the work in a timely manner. I should also say that they were patient with my many questions! Lake Shore H and C really wants to work with their customers. They actually call back when I called! That isn't always the case in many areas now. Customer service is very important to Phillip and Amy and it really shows. Thanks for doing such a great job.
