It went very well and it could not have been better. He was here on time and he did the work fairly quickly. He came out once and looked at it. He came back and did the work. He was very reasonably priced and I had no complaints.

Scheduled an appointment a few business days out, he showed up right on time at 8am ready to help out. I described the issue, and within two hours he had completed the work it would have taken me an entire Saturday to attempt. He was honest about any troubles, such as a minor leak that came up during the install - but he of course fixed that up and it is all working great now. Probably the best part of the experience is that he suggested how I could make an improvement to my other bath myself, a very helpful comment that I very much appreciated. Hopefully someday I can call Mike back again to help install an ice cube maker.

We had a plugged toilet at our rental property. Mike came out as soon as we called and took care of it within the hour. Awesome service.

Everything is good. There was a leak under our sink and he found it.

Mike was quick to respond to my e-mail request and provide an estimate. He was at our house in a matter of a couple of days and had the problem diagnosed quickly. He explained in detail to me what the issue was and how he was going to help us resolve it. He explained how building code requires backflow valves to be installed on the outdoor faucets and removed the defective ones and put different ones on. His price was right as estimated. We now have normal water pressure and are very happy about it!

Mike arrived very quickly aftter my call. He was incredibly polite and got right to work. He was very clean, everything was tidied up before he left. He performed the work quickly and I thought he was incredibly inexpensive compared to others that have done work at my house in the past.

Mike was very easy to talk to on the phone and explain the problem that I had. I have an old Crane bathtub faucet that broke. The stems are a bit hard to find. Mike was on time and quickly looked at the part that needed to be replaced. He went to the supply house and was able to get the parts needed. He was even able to order new handles that match. He did not leave any mess, was friendly and explained what he did. He is easy going and very friendly. Mike is the first plumber I have used that I have been 100 percent happy with.

My Plumber performed the repair in a timely and cost-effective manner. I would definately have him come out for any work I might have in the future.

Mike came out the same day I called him. He is clean cut and professional, and he was quickly able to identify what existing drains I had in place. He recommended the less expensive 1/3HP pump because it was all I needed and carries a lifetime warranty. Mike explained everything that needed to be done. I had to leave, so he came back to do the work the next business day. He finished in about an hour and a half -- about 1/2 hour less than he originally anticipated. He showed me the work he did and answered a few questions for me. I am very pleased and will certainly call again the next time I need a plumber.

Couldn't be happier. Had an emergency pipe leak at 4PM on a Friday afternoon, he was there by 7PM that night to fix. Very knowledgeable. Will hire again.
