Description of Work: Ultra Shine came out and cleaned the gutters to the best of their ability as they stated. They used a leaf blower and not water as I had assumed although we offered them the hose and the person did not want to use water. I imagine that it is impossible to blow out all the wet stuff clogged in the drain pipes etc with a leaf blower from the top. They took out what they could but did not take off the metal screens on the top of the gutters. While they pointed out the deficiencies of our gutters, which is true, I had assumed that the gutters would be guaranteed to be clear of debris, that is why I hired someone to do it. When it rained a few days later we still had water coming out the wrong spots.

Description of Work: The very prompt man appeared and cleaned out our gutters, which were sadly filled with two or three years of stuff. He brought along a very long ladder to get at our very highest gutters, and reported on their condition after cleaning. Prompt and helpful, a very good experiencing.
