Description of Work: We love our location in south Minneapolis - but not our vintage 1927 bungalow. Our needs and tastes are much more contemporary. U+B is our 3 Architectural experience. And by far the best. What's different about their approach is the amount of interviewing they do of YOU. No one asked us the kind of questions they did. Important questions that you wouldn't know to ask your self - if you were not a design professional. My husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism, intellect and process of U+B. Can't wait to see the final product. We're still planning. Construction to start this winter. I'll post pics as soon as possible.
