Craig and his team are good people who deliver what they tell you they are going to deliver. I have a nursery to get ready for my first born. I wanted quality materials, and don't have a lot of money to spend. Craig had great ideas for my 70 year old home, and the (insulating) results are noticeable even before the sheetrock has gone up. Thanks guys!

The quote was fair and the estimator was friendly and clearly knew his business. We ended up going with another company because they specialized in cellulose rather than fiberglass, which is what Quality Insulation works with, but I would have no hesitation to recommend others getting a quote from Quality Insulation, Inc.

Craig was great to work with, came to our home on-time, inspected and explained insulations needs, suggested to get an energy audit (which ending up saving us money through a rebate from the utility company) Energy audit from the utility company confirmed exactly what Craig's inspection had found. Went to Quality Insulation's web-site, Craig did not over-sell his company, found through searches, he is a reccommended Owen's Corning installer. We scheduled the work, he followed up the day before to confirm, crew actaully arrived a few minutes early, but waited until the exact time promised to knock on my door. Worker's were professional, taking time and care to tarp all areas they would have foot travel. Craig showed up a few hours later to check on progress, he helped explain the rebate programs again and possible tax savings for this year. Work was completed within the suggested time-frame Home was left in perfect order. Not much more I can say, Quality Insulation performed as they said they would, they did meet and I must say exceeded my expectation from start to finish.

They did a very good job. The crew arrived on time and went about their work. As they worked, they took photos so I could see what they had done. One of the nicest home projects that I've done as the home is now cozy and I no longer have any ice dams what so ever.

Craig and his team were great fro start to finish. Out of the 8 insulation bids that I had for my attic, only two people noticed that the soffit vents had been paintd over by the previous home owners - and Craig was one of them. He explained exactly what he thought needed to be done and how much each step would cost. He happily applied my Angie's List discount once I decided to go with Quality Insulation and he even drove to my house that night with an updated statement of work reflecting my choices and discount that night. The insulation team was top notch. They left my garage cleaner than they found it - they even removed the leaves that were int there! Two days after the service Craig was over again to inspect and help me fill out my Centerpoint Rebate information. Thanks Craig and Crew!

They were excellent all around. I would use them again.

They installed insulation in a part of my house that had old and inadequate insulation that resulted in ice dams. They worked with the roofer to coordinate activities. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They were courteous and professional. No complaints. I'll be working with them again on other parts of the house.

Very smoothly. A crew arrived to remove some attic boards that we had storage on top of (all storage had to go. Once completed, they moved on to the insulation and sealing. All seemed to go well. Craig was excellent to work with and was very knowledgable and professional as was his crew. Nice job. Insulation is not cheap but their price was overall the best.

He was suburb. They were very thorough, effective and quick. His workers were very good and they were well supervised. They were clean, neat and orderly. They left the area looking better than what it did before.

AN ESTIMATOR CAME OUT LAST SUMMER, VERY NICE AND THOROUGH. I CALLED IN DECEMBER TO GO AHEAD AND GET THE WORK DONE. THEY TOLD ME THE ESTIMATOR THAT WAS OUT EARLIER WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO GIVE A NEW ESTIMATE. THEY CALLED TWICE AND CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT THAT WAS SET UP, AND HAD TWO APPOINTMENTS WITH NO SHOW. I DECIDED NOT TO GO WITH THE COMPANY.

MISSED PATCHING ONE HOLE AT BOTTOM OF WALL WHERE INSULATION ESCAPED. I REPAIRED THIS MYSELF.

AFTER 4 DIFFERENT PHONE CALLS, I DIDNT GET A RETURN CALL FROM RON MILLER THE SALESMAN. HE HAD MY HOME AND BUSINESS NUMBERS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SURE NEEDS SOME HELP.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND IN THE BUILDING BUSINESS. I HAVE NO OPINION ABOUT THE PRICE, WHICH SEEMED REASONABLE, BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET ANY OTHER BIDS.

MEMBER WAS VERY IMPRESSED. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND. MEMBERS DAD ALSO LOOKED AND COMMENTED THAT IT WAS A BETTER JOB THAN HE EXPECTED, AND HES VERY PICKY!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, SHOWED UP AS PROMISED, AND CLEANED UP AFTER. I WOULD RECOMMEND.
