This was one of the best customer experiences we've ever had. Northland Fence was professional, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and communicated very well throughout the process. We interacted with probably 6 different people throughout the process, and all of them were excellent. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I'd definitely hire them again. There are a lot of large companies that could learn something from Northland!

This is our second fence installed by Northland, and both experiences have been great. They were happy to work with us on shifting designs and unique site considerations. I especially like their driven (rather than cemented) post installation.

Install was quick, site was left fairly clean, and the new fence looks great! We think it makes our yard look bigger. We were able to get a discount for scheduling install on the same day as our neighbor who wanted fence along the back to keep his garden enclosed. (left side of screenshot).

I called about a fence gate that had broken over the winter. I was told I would be added to the list and it might take a week or two as this is the busy season. A Repairmen called and came out three days later. Two broken corners on the gate were assessed and repaired in less than 20 minutes. This was at no cost which I appreciate, the company stands behind their products.

They did a great job and found a way to squeeze us into their schedule since they were in our neighborhood. Thanks Northland Fence our backyard looks great!

Northland did a spectacular job on my fencing. My job was completed in a very timely manner and I’m very happy with the quality of work they provided.

Overall, really happy with my fence. The quoting process was straight-forward and reasonably priced. Fence looks great. I have had one service call (one part of the fence started to move) after a couple years and they came right out and fixed it within a few days. Really good company.

We had 6 estimates done on replacing our existing fence and Northland Fence came in the cheapest by a large margin. We paid 1/2 upon hiring them and the other 1/2 when completed. The whole process was smooth, professional and efficient. They showed up when they said they would and explained what they were going to do. They worked really fast to complete the fence in a matter of days which was helpful since we have dogs who rely on that fence. The end result is a beautiful vinyl fence and we are truly happy with the whole process from start to finish. We would hire again and refer if asked.

Northland Fence just installed over 850 linear feet of black chain link and tan privacy fence, plus a few gates, at my home. The fence (and this company and their employees) has far exceeded my expectations. The fence is perfect -- superior quality, excellent detail, and looks absolutely fantastic – and was completed ahead of schedule! From my initial call to Northland Fence to the finished product, every contact I had with the company employees -- office staff, designers, project managers, and production crews – was outstanding. These people are all experienced professionals. Everyone was communicative, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, safety conscience, and expressed genuine care about the quality of their work. I have received so many compliments from friends, family, and even strangers (all from a safe distance due to the virus). If I ever have another fencing product, the only company I will call will be Northland Fence. They are the best!!!

This company has great communication, 21st century payment options, and the folks who came out to do the work were friendly and kept the yard organized. They also took all scrap with them when they left.

Great service overall! They sent an estimator out within days of contacting them and had a complete estimate to us within days of their onsite visit. Worked with us to get the appropriate paperwork put together to obtain the permit from the city and quickly lined up an early installation date for Spring 2020. The two-step process for installing the fence posts followed by the fence panels went as scheduled (2 weeks) with no issues. We're very happy with our new fence and the ease of working with Northland. Very professional and friendly people. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to install a wrought iron fence.

They did such an awesome job!! We are super happy with how everything went. They were able to start really early in the season and now we have a great new fence going into spring. Nice people to work with and overall the process seemed quick and easy.

Went without a hitch. We got the estimate last summer, but decided to wait until after getting our tax return this year. They told us everything we needed to do (i.e. find property pins, get a permit), and how to go about doing those. They set the date to set the posts and were there right on time. After that, we had a fence within a week. The crew did a good job and left no mess.

The quality of the work was outstanding, the responsiveness of the contractor was surprisingly refreshing, They were very professional, very timely and I would highly recommend them to any customer.

Great to work with the customer service was good. Leading up to the project- communication could have been attached better to the actual installation. there was also some changes in the plan that was not communicated to the crew. But they mad everything right in the end. The quality of the work was great and the fence looks good.

It went very well. Hes one of the three companies that I called. The gentleman who did the estimate was very good and their bid was very competitive. They came out and did the work but they had to come back on a different date due to bad weather to attached the fence to the pole. Overall, I was very happy with it.

Northland was great to work with, they were very upfront about the cost, how the fence is installed, and how long it will take to install. It took about a couple of weeks to have it installed, they were booked out a long time, but I was informed when I put the deposit down for the job so I was not unaware of it. I will definitely recommend this company and will use them again!

This is my second fence project with Northland Fence. They are one of the few companies I've worked with that consistently show up on time, communicate proactively and deliver a high quality product on schedule. They are also priced much more competitively for the same high quality product as some of the main competitors in the twin cities.
