We had 2 companies bid our project and liked the down to earth vibe given by Northland. There were a few delays due to Covid and mistakes on their part. When we were able to contact the right person, there was transparency and did what they could to right the situation. At the end of the day, we are thrilled with the fence.

Northland Fence removed our old fence and put in a black chain link fence for us. The price was comparable to other companies we got estimates from, the warranty was better and the responsiveness to my questions was always within 24 hours. We love our new fence!

We originally hired Northland Fence when we bought our house in 2016 to install a 5ft black wrought iron fence. The experience back then was fantastic and they were competitively priced relative to other quotes we received for similar material fence. But where Northland really stands out is in its service. We recently noticed a spot where the fence met up with our house where a gate had been installed and the posts/concrete had broken loose, causing that section to be wobbly and the gate wouldn't open and shut flush. I emailed them last week and they quickly replied to confirm that we were still within the 5yr warranty. They drew up a work order (free) and within 2 days a crew was at our house. The crew was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job fixing the issue, and took extra precautions to prevent it from happening in that spot in the future. Can't say enough good things about these folks, would highly recommend them to anyone!

We are so glad we chose Northland for our fencing needs. All of the staff that we interacted with were kind, professional and prompt. They came in well below the couple of other estimates but we didn't sacrifice quality for that. After years of waiting, we finally have our dream fence to play ball with our dog in the backyard. We will be recommending Northland Fence!

They got the job done very quickly and were very professional. They answered emails quickly and were eager to answer any questions we had. They came on a Saturday and put up posts within a couple of hours. The following Monday they put the rest of the fence up in about three hours. They even cut out an old stump that was in the way. Our fence looks beautiful and we are very happy! Great job!

The fence looks great, they had to work around our new construction house getting sod etc. They did a great job working around our seated projects. This year, I called on a loose gate and they were here within two days and fixed the problem. Very friendly staff.

We had our privacy fence installed last spring and we were very happy with the results! It looks great! When I noticed one section did not look right I contacted the company and they promptly contacted me and arranged a service call to repair it at no cost. They were able to resolve the issue quickly and the fence looks brand new again.

We had Northland Fence install our fence last year. Their product is better than any other I reviewed because of their installation system and quality of fencing materials. Their service is excellent too.

Everything went great with Northland. From the initial communication, to pre-installation inspection to install, the communication and professionalism was excellent. I was a little nervous given the Covid climate we were under but the Northland team was there every step of the way. Great company, great people!

Once the install started it went really quickly. Installers were professional and the company was really communicative and quick to return questions via phone call or email. The finish product looks fantastic...better than what we had hoped! Very happy with the service, product and company as a whole. One piece of constructive criticism is that there was a 10 day gap between the existing fence take down and the new fence install. This caused some inconveniences with us having dogs as we are on a .25 acre lot with neighbors on all sides. Ideally, it would have been nice to have a little more of a streamlined project but that's pretty nitpicky. We were very happy with the speed and quality of the install once that began.

We had a 6ft, PVC privacy fence installed. Both my wife and I were Very pleased with customer service, install process, and professionalism of entire team. Install took only two days and we were expecting a bit of a gap between driving the polls and the rest of the fence install as that’s normal. However, we had a team out to put up the actual fence the day after the poles were installed and we were up and running 24 hours after start of the project. I don’t believe this is normal practice but I wanted to call attention to it because we were pleasantly surprised. The install team was quick but they did a good job. I am very detail oriented and was happy to see the driving team ensure poles were driven level on all planes. I had the same experience with the PVC team. I watched them trim a few pieces multiple times to ensure a good fit instead of jamming parts together or leaving gaps. This next comment is more material related and not Northland Fence specific. My only issue is I was left initial conversations with the sales team believing that the PVC would be a little more forgiving to damage than it actually appears to be. I can’t blame Northland Fence for this completely. I feel a Shared responsibility in this case. I asked about damage from kids playing with toys, etc and I walked away from my consultation thinking it would be hard to damage the PVC. Fast forward to the day after I my fence install, and I ended up shooting a hole through both sides of a fence slat with a rock that was hidden in my grass. Now, I am not surprised that a rock damaged the fence, but I’d do have a near golf ball sized hole. I imagined that I might get some denting or a crack in such an instance but a hole was a surprise to me. I would absolutely use Northland Fence again if I needed to and would recommend them to all my family and friends Thank You Northland Fence for making this a pleasant experience.

I ordered a 6 ft vinyl fence for my property & it was installed last week. It was a smooth process with Northland. Northland came out quickly to measure & give an estimate, and their service was professional and friendly from planning stages to installing the posts all the way to the final install. Matt, Cooper, & Tyler did the install, and they were incredibly quick considering the amount of work they did and obviously well-practiced. They were courteous, friendly, cleaned up after the install, and ultimately built me an absolutely beautiful fence well inside the timeframe Northland promised. I've probably spent half of every day since my install in my "new" backyard with my SUPER happy dog. It wasn't a cheap purchase, but their prices were very competitive, and the fence and customer service was high quality. Couldn't be happier.

Installation went well. The only delay was created by weather.
