They were pushed out a little bit, but were very upfront about times and I knew exactly what to expect. When there was an issue with one part of my fence they sent someone out right away and fixed it. Very happy with the sales people and the crew.

The office representative was fantastic she was helpful with finding a surveyor to determine the property lines. The promise for specific dates for phase one was delivered timely and the installation of the fence was above my expectations for timing. I would recommend this company for the professional expert service that they provide.

It went very well. Northland Fence was the farthest away from my home of anybody I called for an estimate yet they made two trips to estimate the job. The reason I picked them was their superior ratings over the competition. I dealt with three different parts of the business, the front office, the crew (the fence post installers and fence panel installers) on two separate days. Both crews were very efficient and did the work in an hour to an hour and a half. They were pleasant, neat and cleaned up the area after they left the property. As I told the business, Northland Fence Company is the ONLY fence company I will ever utilize in the future and will tell my friends that if they need to have fencing installed Northland Fence is the company to call. They have a great selection of products but what's more important is the service side of their business. This is where Northland Fence Company stands far above most businesses.

Was amazing. We got a quote 1 year prior, but had to wait before getting the fence. Year later, got a new quote. Price was similar, as first quote. We got two quotes from other companies the year prior and the pricing was almost double what Northland fence was going to charge. Same warranty types, just one would dig and pour cement, Northland drives steel poles 4 feet into the ground. Weather permitted, the posts were installed on exact time told a month prior. Fence was completed day 2 after install of posts. They were professional and it looks amazing. They also attended utilities to be marked and helped us get our land surveyed with a company. They were great and I would recommend to my closest friends, family and anyone I meet on the street.

Northland Fence is professional and helpful! They gave me a beautiful vinyl fence, fast! They have a very cool process for driving the posts into the ground. They were Awesome. Do to other work being done they could have delayed it but they guys made an extra effort to get it done. The doors were done the last day and were nice enough to close of gate area so my dogs could go out and play. They were always working and in was hot. They answered all questions and my yard was not the easiest. I would recommend them to everyone i know or asked. Top notch work and people. Had peace of mind and loved the work. My yard is a happy place thanks to them.

It went great! They installed as soon as our grass was down. They let us bundle with our neighbor and have a military discount as well. Great place would hire again for fence purposes!

Northland Fence Minnesota was very good to work with. Each department from the sales team to the install team, were easy to talk to and answered any questions we had with ease. The final product turned out great and we just love the look and quality that we got. Their prices were comparable, if not, better than the competitors we also looked at.

Northland did a great job, as far as quality Of material and job performed goes. I would probably recommend them again, however it did take over 2 months for the entire job to be completed. They may just be busy at this time, I’m not sure. I had my quote in early to mid April, it was June 15th when they got out to drive my posts down, they then informed me the rest of the project would be done by July 6th, to my surprise they showed up June 24th unannounced. It worked out because I was home and didn’t have any plans outside that day, but it would be nice to receive an email or phone call letting me know they were coming out. Other than the long timeline, the workers were very nice and professional and like I said before, quality of the black vinyl fence seems really nice.

We had an excellent experience with Northland Fence! They were very responsive and got us a beautiful high-quality fence for a great price and minimal work on our part. Everyone at the company was so polite and helpful, and they assisted us with all the intermediate steps like pulling permits and getting property pins exposed. We got reminders before every appointment and our fence was completed far ahead of schedule, which our dog greatly appreciates! I would highly recommend Northland Fence even for small projects.

Northland’s employees are all very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. From the online quote tool, in person quote, financing options, scheduling survey and utility markings, to post installation and then final install of fence panels- they were absolutely wonderful! Whenever I had questions, they were very responsive by phone or email. They also proactively sent me updates keeping me informed along all stages of my fence project. Their financing options made this fence project possible.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Northland Fence. They are every bit as good as their reviews state. They went above and beyond getting me the required drawings and paperwork for my HOA. They were incredibly on top of emails and calls every step of the way. I compared to 2 other main companies and they were able to not only beat the price, they could install months sooner and actually got me a quote the same week. Northland Fence was amazing to work with! I am so happy with the product and work performed. Customer service was wonderful to work with, along with their workers. We did have one small issue with a post and they came out a couple days later to come fix it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any fencing needs.

Went pretty well, one of my sprinkler lines was hit during the install, but I knew that could be an issue going in. One of my gate latches was welded very poorly, but the company was pretty quick to fix it once I found the issue.

For the amount of fence we were getting, the price seemed steep but similar to others. We actually received a quote elsewhere that was a few thousand more dollars for an aluminum instead of steel fence. The quality of the fence is great and they did a nice job with install. It does seem that there is a lack of communication within the company, though. When we had the first person come out and quote us, we told him everything we were looking for, which included our 2 gates to swing IN. They installed one of them to swing out, which isn't a deal breaker, but it isn't ideal for our yard scenario – we have stairs and a hill on the outside of the fence, and the gate swings out almost all the way to the stairs, making it awkward and potentially dangerous to come in and out of. We also never knew when they would be arriving to do each stage of the process (it is apparently 3 stages), so we had poles in our yard for over a week, not knowing when they would be back and arriving without warning. We then had a fence without gates for several days, again not knowing when they would be back to finish or if they thought they were finished.
