From bid process to final finishing all processes won't smooth and trouble free. Devin and the Pounding/demo crew was focused and attentive. Phillip and Taylor/Tyler made sure everything went together as designed. Very impressed with the focus and professionalism of the crews. The only frustration was the 2 1/2 week wait from Pole setting to finishing. There must be a better way to eliminate such a large gap, especially those with pools. This was not a surprise, it was communicated clearly that it would be up to a 3 week delay, but that still doesn;t distract fromt he frustration of waiting.

It when really well, all the phases of the project were completed on time and I was made aware of what each phase entailed and my obligation to ensure that the phase could be completed when scheduled.

We were very happy with our service. The first crew came on the day stated to install the posts. Less than a week later the fencing crew came to finish up. They were very friendly and easy to ask questions of. They took great care in what they did. We had to have our gates custom welded because of the slope in our yard and this was completed a day or so later. We get so many people in the neighborhood stopping to compliment us on our fence!

Overall the service and product quality was excellent. They finished our job ahead of schedule and they were very competitively priced in the market. I would highly recommend!

The sales consultation was very professional and the price quoted was about 10-15% less than the other bids. When time came for tear down and post installation, the crew was there first thing in the morning. The fencing took place two weeks later and the crew did an excellent job, no complaints. The only thing I wish they did differently was to set an appointment for the fence install and to have the two appointments closer together as two of my neighbors had dogs and one side of their fence missing was inconvenient.

This was a great experience. If you don't want to bother to read the details, the takeaway is that Northland should be on the shortlist for your home fence project. Northland was one of four fence installation companies my wife and I contacted to request an estimate for our backyard fence. We were replacing a little over 70 feet of fencing in our backyard (both metal hurricane fence and wood privacy fence) with full privacy fencing. Northland's response was a formal estimate, including an overhead view of our property with the estimated fence outlined. It was the most professional response we received. The cost was well within range of the other three companies we contacted. Only Northland's vinyl fences came with a lifetime warranty. We went with Northland because of the lifetime guarantee and because we preferred the vinyl material. Every interaction with Northland throughout this process only confirmed that we had made the right decision. The sales team is quick to respond to every inquiry. I never felt rushed or pressured - indeed, to the contrary, they offered a free in-person consultation if we didn't have enough information to decide from the estimate. We had a lot of questions, and they were very patient, responsive, and helpful. The communication is terrific. They clearly spell out what you can expect from the process, from digging out your own property pins or identifying private utility lines (they provide resources for this) to the timeline of the work. They tell you when you're being moved from one area of service (sales, billing, installation teams) to another, and each group is responsive. At the time of our down payment (50% of the estimate), we were provided a definite date for the removal of our existing fence and the driving of our new fence posts, seven and a half weeks later. This is the only date we had to be available for the installation crew. The drive crew arrived earlier than their estimated window, and our consultation with the employee was about ten minutes. They quickly and quietly dismantled our fence, leaving most in a pile in our driveway for the haul crew to remove. My wife and I both work from home, but the work was done quietly enough that it didn't disturb either of us. The crew also dealt with multiple inquiries from nosy neighbors, which they handled with professionalism. The haul crew arrived about a week later to take our old fence materials. They didn't require us to be home for that part of the process. Work was completed in under a half hour. We were provided a three-week window during which time we could expect the installation crew to complete installation. It was just over two weeks before the crew arrived to complete work. The installation crew did not need to meet with us and began work as soon as they arrived, completing the work quietly and efficiently in a few hours. The fence looks fantastic. Our backyard is completely transformed. The white vinyl fence looks both modern and classic at the same time. The gates work wonderfully (and close automatically). We wanted our backyard to be quiet and private, but I didn't expect it to look this nice. I'm really impressed by the entire experience. Great job, Northland.

Excellent in every way! Their estimator was quite helpful in offering suggestions, and their installation crew was professional and not only installed the fence in a careful and beautiful manner, but cleaned everything up so you wouldn't know they were there. The fence is strong and attractive -- it adds to the appearance of our home while protecting our dog inside the fence.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent with communication via phone, email and in person. The first point of contact was Devon which heard my concerns and he assured me that he'll work it out with no hassles. Then Nick, Justin and the 3rd guy ' the college kid'. These guys definitely worked as a team with great professionalism. I had to peak outside a few times to see if these were still hear because they were so quiet. The only chatter I heard was from the fence being assembled. Great job and staff! I'd definitely recommend Northland Fence.

They showed up promptly and removed the old fence. Placed the poles fro the new fence the same day. Returned a couple weeks later as they promised and installed the new fence. Very professional and very pleased with the job.

Project was done on time. It was done in 2 steps. The first was to tear down the old wooden fence and put up the new posts. This was around the majority of our backyard. A couple weeks later the next team came in and installed the chain link. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Northland.

Everything went as according to plan. Dan, who came out and measured our backyard, was very professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. When we received the sketches back it was exactly what we wanted. Everything else from then on out went very smooth!

From start to finish was a great experience. I had called and gotten a few quotes and they were all comparable and our fence looks amazing!! We have a large dip in our back yard and a drain and they did such a great job with the fence and made it look so nice.
