Services we don't offer

WE DO N0T INSTALL ANY WOOD FENCING! We are a maintenance-free fence company and retired wood fencing in 2017. Many HOAs do not accept wood fencing. Vinyl fences require virtually no maintenance, and you never have to stain, replace pickets or worry about heaving or rotted posts. We offer a 10-year warranty on all of our fences! A fence can be a large investment. Why buy a fence that will need to be replaced? Check us out! **No pool installation. We'll put a fence around your pool, but we do not install pools-- strictly fencing.

The entire process with Northland was a great experience. Everything was very straight forward from the time of the initial measurement through installation. They were very clear on these process and promptly answered all of our questions. They also install without digging huge holes and leaving dirt everywhere. No need to have to haul a bunch of dirt away! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new fence

Went great! The only thing I wish they could've handled is some waste removal from the project work they did, but that's such a minor irritation. They delivered when they said they would, were always available when calling, prompt with their emails, and extremely competitive with other local contractors for our yard.

Mirroring what others have written here, its a two step process and it seems to work well. Fence looks great. Only hiccup was the installers hit our buried power line and we lost power for about an hour, but Xcel was quick to come out. It all worked out, our fence is great, but I was slightly annoyed that they made us call Xcel when it was them who damaged it. Despite that, I would recommend them.

Great! Contacted the company and got a quick response. Communication was great the entire time. They kept me updated when there was a delay in materials, and still completed the job only a day after the initial completion date. Very friendly back office staff, as well as the on-site workers. Price was great considering I have a large backyard.

The fence turned out beautiful. The project was finished within the allotted time frame, however it was unclear when we received the original estimate that the fence would be installed in stages. We were left with just the posts in the ground for over 2 weeks, when the entire project could have been finished in a day. Calling the rep. for more information was helpful, but it should have been made clear upfront that the project was going to take the full month to completely finish.

This means the first crew that comes out meets with the homeowner, walks their property line with them so they know where the customer wants their posts placed, has the customer sign the installation agreement and the crew drives the posts. Once your paperwork returns to the office a follow up email is sent to the customer letting them know their project completion date. What this means is we will return anytime after your posts have been driven to the completion date of your fence project. We do not schedule returns after the crew meets with the homeowner on day one. All returns to finish fence projects are scheduled on a day to day basis by our Operations Manager as projects started prior to yours have been completed. Our sales reps explain this over the phone, the customer initials that they understand this on their Northland Fence Facts form that is sent to them as well. We are upfront with our customers from the initial phone call through the entire process of their fence installation. Working with Northland Fence went well from the salesman coming to show me product and get me a quote for the job to the installation. All the people I dealt with where all professional, friendly and prompt with any concerns or questions I had. They also kept me in the loop as to what was going to happen and what I needed to do on my end. Would recommend them and use them if I ever need to fence other parts of my yard.

I have used Northland for two separate projects. Both were done in a professional timely manner. The job they did a couple of years ago had a minor hate adjustment needed several months after installation and the warranty service they provided was also timely. Would highly recommend them
