Thank you for your purchase of the Angies List Big Deal general contractor for a day. Sorry for any missed communication on my part. Did you receive my email from Tuesday 5/21/13, 3 days ago ? I've cut and pasted the message below: Hi [member name removed], How's your basement remodel going? Just to let you know that you can ignore the April 2013 expiration date. Let me know when you could use the day of contractor's services. I'm scheduled about a month out for work right now. Thanks, Fred Roth Narrative Construction 612 670 9744 According to my email and phone records, the morning after your puchase of October 10, you sent me an email and I called you back within the hour. As I recall, you were remodeling your basement yourself and were trying to figure out where to fit in my day of work. Again, sorry for any failure on my part. I assumed that you were going to get back to me when you needed my services . 25 of the Big Deal coupons were sold and I had twice the number of inquiries for services beyond that, so I was pretty busy with phone calls, emails, and construction work. I tried to communicate with you 3 days ago to let you know you the coupon would still be honored. I'll send you a check refunding your $249 purchase price including my $75 Angies List fee. Description of Work: We were selling my fiancé's house and needed to add support to the beams in the basement where a previous owner had cut out portions around some duct work. In had bought the special offer for 8 hours of work previously and had planned on using it at my house but instead decided to use it at hers. We also needed a piece of molding attached. Despite a few issues involving scheduling the support work was completed in an impressive manner and went above and beyond what we had expected. The molding was never attached but the new owners didn't seem to mind.

Great!!!
Description of Work: Narrative Constriction, built a new soffit board and re-anchored it into good wood in the back of our house, The work was exact neat,solid, and looks good! Also, they built a custom door on my shed. It is perfect for the shed. Fred owner of the company did the work, and he as very communicative, and exact in his advice and description- great to work with!! I give him my highest rating!!!
