all of the Heroes we have worked with have been consistently personable and competent. They also dealt with a housefull of people wanting to know what was going on and offering their opinions, generally getting in their way. In addition, we have a chihuahua who thinks she's paying the mortgage. She goes out of her way to make sure no one is fussing at me.

All we needed was the toilet unclogged. The technician was very persistent in trying to sell us a new and expensive toilet. He unclogged the toilet and we have not had a problem since.

He did a great job. He rebuilt my rusted and leaking drain trap which was quite a job in this old house. He also cleaned the drain line and now it drains better than it has in the 25 years I lived here.

It was expensive. And they keep calling me and sending stuff in the mail a lot. Let me alone please. So irritating!

We had an appointment with Hero to fix a leak today (Friday). They would not commit to a time frame, just anytime between 7am and 4pm. I received two calls in the morning saying we were on the list and they would be here today. At 3pm, we received a call saying they were cancelling for today. They would not reschedule for the weekend as that is for emergencies only. The best they could do was reschedule for Monday, again with no time commitment. I found another company that was willing to come out on Saturday for a lower price and would commit to a window of 8 am to 12 pm. I will not be doing business with Hero.

Our main line was clogged and they came out at 11pm and fixed the issue. Responded timely, very professional, would use again if we needed them.

Hero plumbing very prompt when I originally contacted them. Sent someone out within 2 hours on a Friday evening. The first plumber to come out tried to diagnose the problem, and we thought he had. He ran the snake through the main sewer line to the street, he told me he could feel that there were many large roots in the line and that this should take care of my water backup in the basement. The plumber was curious, very chatty, and he got the job done. 5 days later a camera guy came out to make sure the mainline was clear. He ran the camera down and notified me that there were and are no roots in the line. I was told I had some rusting and pitting in the cast iron line. He recommended the line be power washed to clear out the pitting. Quoted me $3200, and told me about the 0% interest offer they had going on. Asked if I wanted to see if I would qualify for the program. After we entered some information into the computer, I was told I would qualify. About a week later a credit card arrives in my mailbox. Never did I know I was applying for a credit card with them. Seemed a deceitful way to get Approximately 2 weeks after the camera, on a Friday, I have water backed up into my basement again. I called to see if someone could come out since I was having guests. I was told no one could come out until Saturday. I find this unacceptable, since they had sent 2 plumbers out, and was told the problem was taken care of. I ended up calling another plumbing company that was able to help out the same day and hopefully did the work correctly.

The Tech had an attitude from the start. He constantly sighed and huffed about the job. He was a big guy and clearly not happy with the small location of the place he needed to work. I was clear on the phone about wanting the sewer line cleaned. When the Tech was done he said he cleared 50', but that there was a lot of sludge buildup (he said it at least 3 times). He did not 'clean' the sludge. He also couldn't tell me if 50' distance was all there was or if there was a problem. After he left (about 8:30) I texted and called their office about the situation and was told someone would call me. No one ever did. There were other issues, but I don't feel like wasting anymore time (or money) on this company. I recommend avoiding Hero Plumbing.

Plumber Nick was phenomenal! Hero s telephone communication was lacking in professionalism and honesty. They screwed up the price, they told me inaccurate timeframes and the phone team is less than professional. Nick rocked though! Nick saved the on phone team, I d love to invite him back whenever needed.. I d be nervous to call and speak to Hero phone folks though...

I had a main line back up and they were able to fit me in same day. They also had a special going on for main line cleaning which helped me a bunch. Steffon was amazing. He diagnosed 2 potential causes and gave me a few options with quotes before doing any of the work. He’s also very nice and personable, which is always a good thing when you invite people into your home.

This company picked a good name because nick the drain master was my Hero !!! Being that robbinsdale is 87% senior's called the city to let them know how well it went now she put the company on the top of the list for plumbers. He went above and beyond the call of duty!!!

The sales staff, the field staff, and the office were more than helpful. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to friends and family!
