I just resigned a yearly contract with them and I am in contact with them daily. I have been on the board for the last two years and worked with them as a homeowner for three years prior to that. They have been really good to us. We have had some crazy experiences at our place so they have been handling that pretty well. They have been scrutinized by the homeowners for a long time, but the board really like them because we get to see all of their work. They are professional and reliable. I have scheduled a training session with them for our new board members. I don't feel the new board got enough training. For what they have to deal with for us they are very reasonably priced. They are very professional.

This company really needs to figure out what they are doing. The service is pretty poor you submit tickets they close them.. The never complete them. The residents complain and as a board member this makes you look bad. I will now begin searching for a new company. I would not recommend this company to anyone it's very poorly managed.

Cities Management has taken over complete management per the association board. The first year I occupied my home we had Cities Management and got rid of them because of lousy service, poor communication and inaccurate billing. Not sure how they got back in as the property management outfit to oversee our association. I have been trying to get them to come and fix my roof. It was leaking into my dining area and the shingles are curled on the ends and need replacement. I am not the only homeowner who has this problem. There are several others homes around me who have roof issues. I also have three pieces of siding that need replacement from rocks and dings left behind by the poor lawn mowing service. The person mowing does not watch which way he is mowing and has thrown rocks at my siding leaving holes. They have not responded to my requests at all and because of the poor lawn service the snow plow driver has torn up my front lawn pushing sod almost to my sidewalk. Something else that will now need repair. This company is a complete waste of time and money. How they have stayed in business is beyond me. Before I purchased my home I lived in another townhome that had an association who were right on the ball. If you needed something fixed all it took was one phone call. Cities Management is a complete dissapointment. They focus on small things like a garbage can left on the curb to long or something left on your patio they don't like but the big things are overlooked on purpose. I would not recommend them to manage anything.

Cities Management took over as the property manager the townhome Association where i live over a year ago. My experience is very similiar to the previous reviewer and others on the Internet. I pay a monthly fee for service which is very poor, phone calls are not returned and letters not answered. Any vendor relationships they manage and send out for quotes are either negetioated poorly or not at all since homeowner association fees are increasing as many landscaping and snow removal companies are reducing fees in economic downturn. My initial experience goes back a year ago when they took over for a previous management company. Residents were given little notice of the change, my payment went to previous management company. That management company told me my payment was forwarded to Cities Management. I called Cities and they said they would watch for it, a couple months went by and I was charged 3 Late fees, i sent a note with my payment to please call me and they never called. I tried to use my bill pay service, however their lock box is in Georgia and it takes over a week for payments to be processed. Due to their lack of response and questionable lock box service I have resorted to using fed ex to send payments, to confirm the receipt since they do not return calls or letters. Rather than return a phone call they forwarded me to a collection agency that charges more fees. As a homeowner i pay for a service, and would recommend any association looking for a management company consider Cities Management record of poor service, questionable fees and lack of responsiveness with homeowners

I am an owner of a condominium where Cities Management is the full service (payments processing & building management) management company hired by the Board. Cities Management has on multiple occasions not processed my monthly condominium dues correctly, leading to subsequent incorrect assessment of fines. They have also assessed incorrect amounts to my account. In their opinion it is my duty to spend hours of my unpaid free time sorting out all of their accounting errors in their monthly statement, rather than their responsibility to correctly process and account for payments in the first place. In addition the account manager does not communicate clearly or thoroughly, so it takes multiple eamils to sort through any issue with them. I have found the tone of their communication to be constantly offensive and dictatorial. Arbitrary fees seem to be assessed and removed based on the account manager's say so alone, rather than Board-voted decisions pursuant to condominium bylaws. It has been a complete waste of time and a very unpleasant experience dealing with these inefficient and inaccurate people. I do not see the value in their work and would NOT recommend them as a full service codominium manager to any association.
