I would not recommend this company to anyone it's very poorly managed.
I have been trying to get them to come and fix my roof. It was leaking into my dining area and the shingles are curled on the ends and need replacement. I am not the only homeowner who has this problem. There are several others homes around me who have roof issues. I also have three pieces of siding that need replacement from rocks and dings left behind by the poor lawn mowing service. The person mowing does not watch which way he is mowing and has thrown rocks at my siding leaving holes. They have not responded to my requests at all and because of the poor lawn service the snow plow driver has torn up my front lawn pushing sod almost to my sidewalk. Something else that will now need repair. This company is a complete waste of time and money. How they have stayed in business is beyond me. Before I purchased my home I lived in another townhome that had an association who were right on the ball. If you needed something fixed all it took was one phone call.
Cities Management is a complete dissapointment. They focus on small things like a garbage can left on the curb to long or something left on your patio they don't like but the big things are overlooked on purpose. I would not recommend them to manage anything.
