Excellently.

Very positive experience from initial visit by sales person to finished project. The price was excellent for the quality of the product. The time-lines were right on for receiving the windows. The crew was EXCELLENT. They completed the entire job in one day (had originally told me it would be a two day job) The were neat, professional, and FUN to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone.

It was pretty good. Overall, the project went better than expected. It was a 2 tone job made to mimic cedar shingles.

Their sales department is amazing. My husband and I liked the fact that they have been in business for a very long time and do not us subcontractors. We were willing to pay more for this experience than some of the other quotes we had gotten. They showed up on time but did not tell us when they were leaving and left items sitting in our driveway for the following day. We were not expecting that. Also, the crew did not clean up as well as we were led to believe they would after the job was done and, again, did not tell us they were leaving. There were many sharp metal pieced laying around outside our house and property. We have small children and a dog so I was not happy about that. My husband did contact them and they were very apologetic, saying that clean-up is usually done in the spring when the snow has melted with a metal detector. This information would have been helpful to know ahead of time. This made sense to some degree but again I have a dog and young children who love to play outside in the snow so I could not wait for springtime clean up of sharp metal pieces. Despite the mess they left, they did a good job and I probably would hire them again. They also stopped by in the spring as promised. We may use them for windows in the future (they do have great windows).

Did a phenomenal job! We received a tax credit for the windows. I have referred them to others! Very professional job as well.

Salesman was friendly, gave quote while in home, no estimate in writing, but did follow up with telephone call.

The crew worked so efficiently they were able to complete the whole job in two and a half days. I was impressed by how well they worked around our central air conditioning, electrical, and cable connections. Before leaving, they thoroughly cleaned up the whole work area and even used a large magnet to pick up any screws or nails left on the ground. They did an excellent job and our new siding looks great.

Their workmanship was very good, did additional work as they tore out the old ones. They repaired the damage that needed to be done to get the project done. They went above and beyond.

They were OK, they eventually did a good job.

The only problem we had was that we ended up getting a pea sized hole in one of the windows and my husband had to call several times before they would come out to replace the glass in the window. Other then that, they did a very good job. They were clean and we have had no problems with the windows.

They were very good. The windows turned out nice. I have since hired them again to put in some additional windows this fall.

They were very personable but a lot of fun. They had a great sense of humor. They got here on time and went right to work. It took them two days to finish the project. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They were just really efficient. I feel that their prices were competitive.

They did a very good job and every night when they left the yard was cleaned up. It didn't look like any work was being done. They did a really good job.

I love them. The sales team was very helpful. The install crew was fabulous, on time, friendly and efficient. There are only 2 places where the paint chipped. I wish I'd done this sooner!

They did an excellent job. Ken, the installer, was terrific. He was punctual and a hard worker. They stayed within the time that they gave me to finish the job. I would recommend them. The vinyl weathered a hail storm and came out with no damage so I was pleased with what they did for me.

The windows were completed & ready for installation before the estimated date, so installation was a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. The crew was professional, experienced, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work. Due to parking space constraints, they had to shift vehicles several times that day and they stayed friendly and professional! They started at the front, with one set of windows, and worked their way around the house. It was a nice May 2007 spring day, but they never had more than two windows removed at once. The crew was very careful and watchful of the cat, that he didn't escape from the open windows. They removed all the old windows and trash, so we had none of that to deal with. There were no surprises and we are thrilled with our new windows. They work just as described and demonstrated to us. We are also thrilled with the noise reduction the new windows have given us.

A few days later, I received a certified letter to appear in conciliation court for loss in wages. It is very rare that the court ever awards for loss in wages of this kind. It states this on the county's web site. No materials were ordered and I was not on their schedule. They were out absolutely nothing. I am out my deposit, the time it took me to research their false claims and time off of work to go to the courthouse in Hastings. Their behavior was mean-spirited. I went to court and Builders and remodelers did not appear. The case was dismissed. This fortified my conclusions. I hired another company. The project turned out wonderful. The owner told me he gets his business through referrals and has never had to advertise. Their honesty, quality and craftsmanship sold/sells itself.

The installers did an excellent job.

Liked the idea of a privately owned company that had been in business for many years. Sales rep was only o.k. The windows were done sooner than I expected. The install went quickly and he cleaned up well. I'm surprised neither the sales rep or installer seemed too interested in getting more business from other residents in this association. (Installer said he sometimes has to walk too far.) After the job was finished I had a concern, so partially paid the balance and asked them to follow up. They did to my satisfaction and I paid the balance. I would have expected more follow up ("are you pleased with the job we've done," etc.) There's a goldmine here with all the windows in this association coming up on needing replacement and they didn't seem to pick up on that. My good word of mouth could have brought them thousands of dollars.

They did a really first rate job. Their attention to detail is great, and they are very professional. They have a grasp on what needs to be done, and they get it done. Their follow up is excellent. We did have some adjustments, but they where right on top on getting it fixed. I am very satisfied with the price of the job.

I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH A GUARANTEE OF WORKMANSHIP FOR ONE YEAR. GOOD WORK WITH WINDOWS AND SOFFIT. THE VALLEY SHOULD BE EXTENDED OUT AND IS NOT. BECAUSE OF THIS, WATER IS DRAINING BACK INTO THE FASCIA AND INTO THE WINDOW. I HAVE BEEN THE ONE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY AND ASK WHEN THEY WILL BE OUT. THEN I WOULD WAIT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY JUST GIVE EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY CAN'T COME TO REPAIR THE POOR JOB THEY INSTALLED. I PAID THE COMPANY IN FULL. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE COMPANY IN TWO WEEKS. AFTER CONTACTING ANOTHER GUTTER COMPANY, HE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE WORK BECAUSE THE GUTTERS ARE SO POORLY INSTALLED.

THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE WAS OK BUT I DON''T FEEL VERY POSITIVE ABOUT THE INSTALLATION PORTION. IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS LONGER THEN EXPECTED FOR INSTALLATION, THEY DIDN''T PAY ATTENTION THAT ONE WINDOW WAS NOT BEING REPLACED AND HAD REMOVED IT BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO STOP THEM, AND AN HEIRLOOM DECORATOR ITEM BROKE AND THE INSTALLER SAID IT WAS FROM THE VIBRATION OF INSTALLATION. (I DON''T BELIEVE IT BECAUSE IT WAS ON AN INSIDE WALL AND HE WAS AIMING RIGHT AT THE SHELF WITH A LENGTH OF CAPPING.)ONLY TWO WEEKS AFTER RECEIVING THE FINAL STATEMENT SOMEONE CALLED AND ASKED WHEN I WAS MAKING PAYMENT - MAKES ME THINK THEY''RE HAVING FINANCIAL PROBLEMS! THE WINDOWS MAY BE OK, AND THEY ARE SO FAR, BUT I''M REALLY NOT PLEASED WITH THE OVER-ALL SERVICE.

NOW, THEY DONT WANT TO SEND ANYONE OUT UNTIL THEY GET PAID. WEVE BEEN GOING ROUND AND ROUND WITH THEM SINCE JULY, 02. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE OUT 10/1/02 AND THEY WERE A NO SHOW. I CALLED THE MANAGER AND HE BLEW UP AT ME AND SAID THAT I WAS BEING UNREASONABLE. THE COMPANY IS SAYING THAT IT IS A MANUFACTURER ISSUE. I JUST WANT THEM TO COME OUT AND RESEAL THE SHINGLES AND FIX THE JOB. THIS WAS ALL STARTED BY AN INSURANCE CLAIM.

WILL BE USING AGAIN BUT MEMBER NEEDS TO WAIT...
