+ -1 moreThey arrived when scheduled and laid down tarps around the perimeter of the cabin for the tear off. Clean up of the debris was complete and thorough. A wheeled magnet device was used when the job was completed to pick up any stray nails. The reroof was completed in a timely manner, and the workmanship seemed to be of high quality. Mr. O'Connor and his crew were very good about answering questions and explaining what was to be done and why. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome of this project.
Description of Work: O'Connor Construction was the lowest of three bids for a tear-off and reroof of my cabin in Isle, MN. Mr. O'Connor and his crew were good workers and very knowledgeable about the work to be done. In fact, Mr. O'Connor alerted me to the fact that the CertainTeed shingles on my roof were the subject of a lawsuit due to faulty manufacturing, and I could possibly get a prorated reimbursement for them. This was not mentioned by the other two bidders. I subsequently did get a reimbursement thanks to Mr. O'Connor's knowledge of the roofing business.
