Description of Work: Vicki is amazing. She is one of those people who likes what she does and does it well. She tested the air and furnace ducts for us and tried to do as much as needed while minimizing the cost. After the results came back, she provided an excellent interpretation of those results. She does testing only (no remediation)and when asked, she made some excellent recommendations on the next step. | |She is very personable and caring. She checks in from time to time to see how things are going. It's really amazing to have that kind of support when you are dealing with this unwelcome problem. | |

Description of Work: She showed up as agreed and felt that our problem could be something else and referred us to one of her competitors. She has followed up since that time and we will definitely use this company should the need arise. She is fabulous and honest enough to put us in touch with another vendor. Description of Work: Vicky was great. She offered some suggestions on the phone before I agreed to hire her. When I did hire her, she was quick to schedule and very professional in providing the service. She was informative, personable and it was evident that she was passionate about her profession. She also advised that I didn't need certain tests done, which saved me some money. Once the mold testing results were available, she provide clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how to clean the mold myself. She is not affiliated with any mold remediation companies and that's a bonus.

Description of Work: She was wonderful in some ways such as helping us resolve a dispute with the mold remediator, but she was unclear unfront as to what her actual services and recommendations were. Part of the problem is there are no state guideline to follow, so she presented some options. She returned phone calls quickly, but was not as punctual in getting the lab results and final report to us. She is pleasant and professional to work with. Felt like we had an ally in our corner. She has a lot knowledge about different mold types and recommended levels. So although it wasn't a perfect experience, we obtained the information we needed and would tell others it is okay to hire her.

I was very happy with Vicki's willingness to help even though it didn't result in us hiring her for the job needing to be done.
Description of Work: I spoke with Vicki about our water problem and she recommended a couple of options to determine the source of the problem, including providing contact information for a company that does drain tile analysis. While we didn't hire Vicki at this time, she was very professional and helped us determine the best approach even though it did not involve hiring her at this time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing her services.

It went as smoothly as it could and we had the information we needed within 24 hours with a more thorough report in 48 hours.
Description of Work: We have an offer on a home that underwent stucco remediation and had concerns about potential mold issues. Scheduled an appointment with Vickie and she performed an air analysis in the home in several areas to see if there was an issue. She was prompt with the results and provided a report that included pictures with the areas that were tested and the results of the mold inspection.

Called Vicky to take a look at mold in our home. She was punctual, and professional. So easy to talk to and to extremely knowledgeable I got a great education on mold, it's something I have no knowledge of and was very worired. Vicky calmed my anxieties, put together a concise and easy to follow clean up plan. We headed off to the hardware store and got busy doing the clean up. Vicky knows everything there is to know about mold, she has the contacts to get it fixed, or if like us, you do it yourself, she is available to call and walks you through. She is a caring, compassionate person who cares about her clients and does a great job. Best use of money we have ever spent!!! Peace of mind knowing my house is healthy for my family.

I called and was able to make an appointment very quickly. She listened to the history of why I thought I might have mold and did a thorough exam of my condo. She pulled up carpeting near appliances to check for leaks (and put the carpet back so you would never know it had been moved). She did an air quality test in 2 rooms and took samples of several spots on walls. She had the test results back the next day. I do have mold but she was very matter of fact about the level and what I need to do. I live in a condo and she went above and beyond to explain to the management company what needs to be done as my unit is not the only one affected. Vickie gave me a complete, easy-to-read, report telling me how I could do the work myself (it is not a high concentration but enough that is has to be dealt with) if I choose. I am choosing to have the remediation done professionally but do feel with her advice I could do it on my own. Fast, professional, and very customer-oriented.
