We will Always: Treat you the way you would treat you. Set a specific appointment time - No waiting in a 4-8 hour time window. Wear booties on on our shoes to keep the outside, outside. Protect your floors if we need to remove an appliance. Clean up. Be glad to answer any question you might have. Give you a fair and honest estimate. Maintain a professional appearance. Very responsive and prompt. It's hard to find people to service Miele appliances and Michael knew what he was doing. He was good in his communication, timely in showing up and neat and orderly. He diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher -- and in the process improved upon a plumbing connection that had been improvised by the original installer -- and we are back in operation and very satisfied.

An overnight power outage caused the main control board in our refrigerator to die. On the recommendation of our neighborhood Facebook page, I called Michael and left a message. He called back within an hour or so, and said he would have likely been able to do a same day repair, if he had the part. Unfortunately, it was a Friday and nobody in town (I called 3 places too) had the board. He had to order it overnight, received it on Monday, and was at our place later that Monday afternoon. (Thankfully the winter weather made our garage the perfect fridge temperature over the weekend.) Michael came to our house that afternoon at the time he promised, and replaced the control board relatively quickly. His labor rate was reasonable, and he did his best to keep floors and everything clean. I would definitely use him again.

The service was terrific. After leaving a request for service, I quickly received a call back and scheduled a repair visit for 8 AM the next morning. Steve called prior to his arrival to let me know he would arrive on time at 8 AM. He was very familiar with my Maytag dryer and quickly had it disassembled. Steve determined what parts he needed, and quickly put the dryer back together. By late that same afternoon, Steve let me know he had the parts. He would have come the next morning to install them, but my scheduled interfered, so he came back the following day at 8 AM. He very quickly opened up the dryer, installed the new parts, and had my dryer running smoothly again! In addition, Steve carefully cleaned lint out of the the interior. I could not be happier!!!

I was in no rush to have the work done but Michael came out the day after I contacted him. Fixed my oven with the part he had on hand. Fast, friendly, and courteous. Reasonable rate. I have his card on my fridge and would not hesitate to use his service again!
