Service was good. Product was dented during install. They didn’t stand behind it as expected. Furnace humidifier was mediocre and doesn’t quite live up to the cost. Would be an A if it were not for those parts

The customer service that Aquarius offers is very good! The technician who came out to diagnose our issues was very professional and was very thorough. It was extremely cold at the time and our furnace was not safe to run and Aquarius provided us complimentary space heaters to keep our house warm and comfortable. The part that caused me to rate our experience an A vs a B would be when it came time to talk through our options on replacing our furnace. We felt the experience was more like buying a used car than talking about replacing the system that keeps our home comfortably safe. The price started very high and we were then given all the "discounts" they were making "available" to us. I would suggest that when giving customers their options just start with the best price you have available to give them. That played a part in why we chose to go with a different company for the work.

Very happy with the work. Have been customer for 10+ years. Always courteous and cleans up work after themselves. Products that we have purchased from them have been hassle free. When our furnace went out, I called them in the late morning for service and they had a repairman at our home a few hours later. Also didn’t hurt that we are paying monthly service contract for our softener as my husband and I can’t carry the salt bags anymore.

Installed a new furnace for us during the winter when we needed it the most. They were able to install it 2 days after we asked for them to service our old existing furnace in which they showed us why it needed to be replaced. Quick and clean instillation with two knowledgeable and friendly employees.
