I recently hired them to have a complete drain tile system installed and Tom was extremely helpful in helping me understand the process and what the end result would be. His crew works fast, precisely, cleanly and were very accommodating to my needs as well.

Hire them! After shopping around for drainage tile installation we found Maltese contracting. Tom was very helpful and professional. Not to mention I thought a fair qoute for the work that needed to be done. I ended getting covid and had to push the dates back. Tom and his team were very flexible. Not to mention the wife was 40 weeks pregnant. She went into labor and tom and his crew knocked out this project in two days! No Jack hammering with a new born in the house! I would recommend them to anyone. They did the little things that made something stressful not be so stressful .

Highly recommend. As much as it sucks to have to do projects like waterproofing a basement, when it happens you want reliability and efficiency. That's what we got with Maltese. We were in a time crunch and they fit us in their schedule. Got the job done in 3 days and it was smooth sailing. Used our egress for entry to not travel through the house. We were able to work from home without a hiccup. Absolutely no complaints.

Very prompt and knowledgable.

Tom was very prompt and very honest and fair. He listened to my needs and was able to detect other issues with my foundation that were also causing water problems. Project was completed on time and he saved me money by being thorough.

Professional, hard working. However, at the end of the project they needed to wait for extra pavers and rushed to finish, missing a few spots were the poly-sand needed to be cleaned from the paver surface and a few places that needed to be filled. Over all they did a good job.
