Customer service was excellent giving answers to questions. Installer was very professional and nice and explained everything we needed to know.

I think they're price is reasonably. Their service is fine.

I have used Peterson for over 20 years, and find them to be absolutely wonderful! I wouldn't ever call anyone else.They actually installed our current system 22 years ago and it's still great!

Not only have they delivered assault for use with our softener, but they have also performed repairs on our Culligan branded water softener. Their salt prices, especially for delivery, seem quite fair and what we like ballast is that they deliver salt in smaller bags so that I can easily lift them into our softener. Every time that someone has come out from Peterson Salt they has been very professional, prompt friendly and helpful. This is clearly a company that provides a good service and enjoys doing it. Would highly recommend them to others. My only concern was that the cost for repairs seemed a little high, but I don't have any other company to compare them with.

I thought I might need a new water softener but they simply took afew minutes to tune up and reset the machine the previous owner had messed up. No sales pitch. Very impressed. Cheap and prompt.

Considering the bags weigh 40 pounds each, that is a huge relief. And the salt costs about the same as it does at Cub or wherever.

I'm not sure of the exact date. I have Peterson come back every year to deliver salt for the really great softener that they installed. I definitely recommend them.

I found Peterson on Angie's List and am glad that I did. They saved me over $500 compared to a quote I received from Culligan for a comparable system. Because the old softener was a culligan system (which provided many years of reliable service), I contacted culligan for a bid first. The bid seemed high so I decided to pursue an additional bid.(Culligan's bid was 58% higher than Petersons) The first thing Peterson asked me was if I wanted them to look at the broken softener to see if it could be repaired. Knowing the age of the old system, I declined that request and got a bid over the phone to replace the system. It's hard to compare water softeners. Consumer Reports does not review or test water softeners. I'm confident that the Pentair Fleck system will meet our needs for years to come at a substantially lower price than a comparably priced Culligan system. The process was pleasant and professional and the new system is installed very nicely. Peterson also removed the old system at no charge. (Culligan charges $30 to remove the old system) The process also involved securing a city permit (ridiculous) which is not the fault of Peterson or Culligan.

These people did everything right and in several ways went out of their way to make sure that GREAT service was provided. I had a list of several companies and had called others in order to get quotes. I contacted Peterson and spoke to Michelle and told her that I needed to replace a cracked resin tank. This tank had an old form factor which aren't always available, however, she said that she would check to see if they had any in the warehouse. She was very knowledgeable and not only answered all my questions but also discussed potential options with me and offered to send me solutions via email along with quotes. There was no sales pitch or pressure to sell me a new softener, her only interest was in helping in any way she could. She said she would try to get back to me shortly which when working with many other companies means I need to follow up, however, Michelle called back in less than an hour explaining that they had some available. Shortly after that she sent estimates for the options. I very much appreciate how with every step Michelle was very knowledgeable, courteous, and respected me and my time. The following day, AJ called to get more information about the type of valve and the resin tank and was extremely good at providing instructions on how to determine the answers to the questions I didn't know. AJ delivered and installed the tank on Friday. The installation was done very well and efficiently. He went out of his way to answer any questions I had and gave a summary of steps in case I had concerns. When the work was completed he asked if there were any other questions. This installation and AJ's work couldn't have gone better and he like Michelle he is extremely knowledgeable, did A+ work and provided A+ service.

Delivered Salt for our softener. Easy - guy brought it in - dumped it in the hopper, left extra bag of salt, took away garbage. Easy as that.

The service provided was excellent, and the service tech was very professional. I was dismayed, though, when I received the invoice and it was more than was quoted to me over the phone. I paid the entire invoice, but did write the owner of the business a note to tell him about this and my dissatisfaction with the pricing. I never heard back from. |They do great work, but make sure you know how much to expect to pay.

The price is very reasonable. The turnaround time between scheduling the dropoff and actually receiving the delivery is good - they're very accomodating.

They do a great job. They've always been on time for delivery. They're usually in the area on Thursdays. We order in advance and they will deliver on Thursday. We have never had any problems or complaints.

They were very reasonablely priced and polite. I plan on using them again when it's time to replace my water softner system. I was ready to have them install a new one and was very pleased that they even offered to fix my system rather than replace it.

The tech was very personable and explained what he was doing. It's working fine now, and he answered a lot of questions that I had about the future of my water softner. Scheduling wasn't a problem either - it was very easy.
