Description of Work: Deliver salt for water softener. If your tank is empty or low, they will add the necessary amount or stack the bags where you desire. Nice to have a larger load delivered to eliminate the stop at the store every couple weeks.

Thank you for the feedback. We are continually striving to improve our service, and we appreciate your honesty. We just began implementing a new routing program this summer that is already helping to make our delivery times more accurate. However, we do try to give a more narrow delivery window (2-3 hours) than our competitors which presents an extra challenge. Also, you need not be home for delivery if you are OK leaving a key or garage code for our drivers. We do this for customers all of the time since not everyone has the flexibility to be home during the day to accept a delivery, but the big perk of having salt delivered is having it carried down to the basement.
