Usually purchasing salt for the softener, we've also purchased a softener and undersink water purification systems from them in the past. Super great to work with. Description of Work: I used them last year to replace my water softener,with "A" service, and now just had them deliver 10 bags of solar pellets. They also adjusted my water softener to be more efficient. Great value, since it was free delivery, and 10 bags should last me for at least a year.

Description of Work: nice job. only complaint was that the technician dumped out a big pile of old salt at the end of our driveway when he took out the old water softener. It was very unsightly and I thought unprofessional.

I know that sometimes they do this in the winter as the salt can help melt the ice and we see it as a useful way of disposing of the old salt. However, he should have asked you first if this was OK. Description of Work: Peterson's delivered salt pellets to our house. They took them downstairs to the basement, and removed their shoes to protect the carpeted stairs and hallway. |When I called to order, they were very polite and scheduled my delivery for just a few days out. |They arrived in the agreed upon time frame---with just what I had ordered.

Description of Work: What a fantastic company! Responsive in scheduling, prompt, courteous, found the problem and fixed it quickly - no muss no fuss - versus the worry I had of needing to purchase a whole new water softner. It IS an old one after all. As the service rep was leaving - I asked if he needed me to give him a check. He said no. We will bill you. Amazing. The level of trust going both ways was the bright spot of my day! Old school service. My thanks to them for such a breath of fresh air. I would call them over and over again. Too bad they don't handle bathroom remodeling or plumbing :)
