Description of Work: They did an evaluation of our water softener in the home we had just bought. It looked on it's last legs but passed their check up just fine. They could easily have sold me a new one, but they didn't take advantage of me. They also provided in-home delivery of salt. I loved the fact he carried it in and took it downstairs and stored it in the utility room for me!
