Jason and Mario did a great job of rehabilitating a living room floor that was both damaged and stained. They were personable, professional and the project took less time than expected, inconvenience was minimal, I would not hesitate to recommend them. The estimate Jason gave me was accurate, no surprises and other than seeing the transformation in what now is a beautiful floor, I did not even know anyone had been in my house.

Took more time than they expected, but they honored quote, and did a VERY thorough job - the floor needed a lot!

Called them and wanted to ask to have a few minor issues fixed but they never called us back, poor customer service

The service was excellent and done on done on a moment's notice. We had our wood floors totally refinished and they look absolutely wonderful. (We are not sure that the price was competitive because we only got a bid from this service provider. The review requires a rating, so we gave it 5 although the value for the money it is unknown)

Mario came out and did a wonderful job refinishing the entry way and kitchen wood floor. He told me what to expect and the floors looked better than I imagined. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite.

Jason was a very nice person . He left the actual floor finishing to another fellow that did a terrible job. They needed to redo the whole floor. The second time was much better, they took their time and tried to do the work well. The first time, they didn't seem to care about the quality of the work. They were just in a hurry to get it done. I must say that after I complained, Jason did all he could to do the job well so that I would be satisfied with it. Jason was the only one that called to do the job. We had preferred the other company but Jason called us so we used him,

I am tackling two floors actually. The first is already done. The second and more difficult room will be next. Jason cut me a deal for the second room if I hired him for first room. Could not pass up. Told me straight out what to expect when you are not sanding. He also can give you quote on sanding if needed. I will fill in on how the second floor goes. As for now Mr Sandless is by far the most cost effective.

It was better than going through sanding the whole floor. We didn't like the "bubbles" it left in certain areas. Also, threads must have come out of his mop and not are under the polyurethane on the floor.
