They dented our driveway, and when I pointed this out they agreed to hire an asphalt repair firm to fix it. Pending successful repair, I thing Reach Tree Service is excellent.

Tree cutter drop part of the tree on my neighbors fence requiring repair of the fence. Also damaged the grass on the boulevard during tree cuttings removal.

I like to be surprised in a good way, and Reach Tree Service did it! I accepted the estimate, they called a day later said they were in the area and could they tackle the job now? This was a Saturday, we were home, so we went for it. 5 man crew showed up, several trucks, lots of equipment. They knew what they were doing, made suggestions we had not thought of! Bottom line, 3 hours later everything was done, cleaned up, and on their way! We are happy customers.

The crew worked fast and cleaned up pretty well. The guys who showed up were good. I was looking for expertise and advice and didn't really get that. There was damage to other trees in the area, but I was assured that was just my type of trees and they took no responsibility. The owner offered to charge me more to take down the trees that were damaged while they were there. The work was completed in a little less than a month. If you are not in a time crunch, can wait until their other customers are served, and know exactly what you want - I think they will do a good job for you. Prices seemed very fair and the work was quick. They had 4 trees down in about an hour. I would consider using them again in a different capacity based strictly on the fact that they were so fairly priced.

I never got a written estimate. I never got a bill. They were supposed to leave the wood for me and they didn't. They scraped up the driveway. They left dents in the grass that I had to fill with topsoil. They didn't call to tell me when they were coming. They came on a day that I was out of town.

They were great to work with. I have a big river birch they trimmed that had never looked so good. Nice gentlemen.

Shawn was quick to get back to me and come out to walk through and provide me a quote. The pricing was also very reasonable, and the crew did a great job of trimming the trees and cleaning up! I would recommend and will be using them again when I need additional work done.

They did a fabulous job trimming my MANY trees, removing one plus some bushes, and then cleaning it all up. My yard is transformed!

Terrific job taking down a huge weeping willow that extended into neighbors' yards. First rate crew of workers. Cleaned up everything very well. Very fair, competitive price. Will definitely call on for future needs.

These guys don t show up in tuxes or uniforms, but the work was first rate and very fast considering they were interrupted by severe weather. They came back next day and finished. They cleaned the yard better than when they came. A very good value for a very good job.
