there was a little communication snafu, but the job got done and we are very satisfied. We feel they charged us fairly. This was our first experience using Home Advisor and weren't clear on how to use it. Now we know and next time we won't be so confused.

If getting an estimate make sure the trees are clearly marked, so estimate doesn’t change when actual removal begins.

They didn't contact me within the appointed time, so I had to wait quite a while. They dropped the tree branches and trunks, so they damaged my lawn and plants. Also, when they haul away branches, they damaged the asphalt on my driveway.
