Long story short -- Very poor customer service, the owner is rude. The posts were NOT set with cement. And it was way overpriced. Listen to the other poor reviews on these guys on Yelp and BBB, and STAY AWAY! [*** Link removed ***] [*** Link removed ***] I used this fencing company because it was recommended to me by performance pool and spa, who recently installed my pool. The entire pool installation process was a breeze. It went as smoothly as I could have asked for. However, when it came to putting my fence back up, Gavin was slow getting back to me, was super rude on the phone, was increasingly argumentative and belligerent, and in the end, way overcharged me. All I needed was to RE-install EXISTING panels, set 6 new fence posts, reinstall a gate, and install new gate hinges/hardware (auto-close). The entire fence (brand new) only 9 months ago cost $12k to put up. Gavin wanted to charge me $3850 to do this work. This was twice as expensive as I was expecting. I think he knew I needed the work done quickly, and took advantage of me. He did in the end, take $400 off, but it's still way over what I expected. I was there the day they did the work, and there were two people there, for 6 hours. Even at $100/hour, that's only $1200 of labor. There's no way there was $2250 of hardware costs in there. They didn't even secure the fence posts with cement. They were just hammered into the ground, so I'm not confident that my fence will stay up for the long haul, or things won't shift around. When I called and asked for a breakdown of costs (what constituted the $3450), he gave me a hard time and was very rude and told me he couldn't do that because that's just not how we do things. I pressed him hard, and he very begrudgingly told me he'd give me a breakdown, but it took a lot of arguing. The guys that did the actual work, were very nice. I have no problem with them. Just Gavin, the owner.
