They called right away and even told me about the seasonal discounts, before they even knew the size of the job. They worked around my hours and were respectful of the tenants. They gave me ideas to improve the effeciency of the furnace and air conditioning. The work was completed on time and for the agreed to price.

I was very pleased with this service. I have to get my dryer vent and fireplace inspected every year. I think I will be back next year. Very nice people working here and the fireplace inspection was free!

Not only did they help diagnosis the problem over the phone they gave enough information for me to order the parts on my own to lower my out of pocket costs. They called to let me know they were en route, were on time, finished the job very quickly then with the extra time left over helped me save money with changing settings on the unit. They also helped with other projects I have completed to ensure I had completed them correctly. Would definately use them again.

They were very good. They were on time and had the chimney cleaned in less than an hour. Of course they did recommend a couple of extra things to be done- but they were things that were needed (e.g. installing a chimney cap). They were so great, I hired them to do those extra jobs. I would definitely recommend them.
