Did a good job. My one complaint was I was told it would be $80 to come out and then $25 for a belt for a total of $105 as that sounded like the problem. But when he came out it turned out it was the motor that was bad on my dryer. I was to that was $180 for that. I thought that was the total price and I agreed to that. When the job was done I found out that was for the part and I still had the $80 to pay as well. That was not made clear to me that what he quoted was only for the part. I still would have had it fixed but it would have been nice to have the total price quoted to me. Nice people

I visited with John on the phone and he was very helpful. Once he had the fireplaced clean we made phone contact again and what was nice was he recommended something that I need but did not try and push something that I did not need. I would recommend him and Kim to everyone.

I went with AAA Anderson's because they offered a 1/2 off cleaning a second fireplace and I had two fireplaces that needed cleaning and inspecting. They also installed two spark arrestor/chimeny caps and a cap for my furnace flue. They were at the house on time and were respectful and cleaned everything up. I had to have them come back as I noticed one of the chimney caps was not seated properly and the furnace flue cap did not look like it was seated well, too. They came back promptly and reinstalled the chimney cap and furnace flue.

Very pleasant to deal with. Gave me an idea of what might be wrong with my dryer and an estimated cost to fix it over the telephone. They were readily available, and had my dryer fixed in a quick and timely manner. Much cheaper than buying a new clothes dryer.
