Steve and his crew did a great job and kept the house very clean. We replaced 20 original windows in a house that was over 30 years old. The new windows helped get our house sold! Zen Windows got the job done quickly and right when it was expected.

Excellent! The estimate process was so much easier than listening to a 2 hour sales pitch in person. I sent Steve some pictures of my windows and he quoted me a price by email. They were very affordable compared to other quotes I had gotten. After going to his office to see the windows in person I decided to order them. Steve came out and took measurements and placed the order. It took about 6 weeks to get them. The two installers did an excellent job! They worked so hard and cleaned up everything so well. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. The windows are fabulous!!

We broke up our New Window project into two phases so we could afford the cost and Steve was more than happy to do this. Steve was always respectful and courteous when he came over. His crew did a great job, left no mess, and were respectful (especially in 2020 while we were all at home). We had some issues on specific windows here and there and Steve ordered replacements (at no cost to us) and came over and swapped them out. The new windows look great and we are happy with the overall process.

Super happy with my experience with Zen Windows. Steve is great to work with and provided an awesome quote and all the info I needed to make a decision for my home. The window installation was seamless and now the new windows look fantastic! Would definitely recommend Zen Windows and plan to use them again for more windows I need done around the house in the future.

Finally an outfit that does great windows for about a third of the “other” guys. I don’t understand why I should have to take out a bloody mortgage to replace windows, and neither do they. Recommend.

We hired Steve Copsey several years ago to replace one window. That project went fine. We've had no problems with the window, and it matches our other windows. Recently, both tilt latches on another window broke, making it impossible to tilt the window in to clean it. I was afraid we were going to have to replace the whole window. I contacted the manufacturer (Alside) several times, but they never got back to me. i wrote to Steve for advice. He said he had a sample Alside window and that the tilt latches from it might work in our window. They did! And he did the work for no charge. If we have any window problems in the future, we'll definitely be calling Steve.

We'll begin by saying that Steve made the process low stress from beginning to end! We knew what we were looking for in terms of windows and Steve worked with us to ensure we got the right product. On his first visit, Steve was succinct and information. He got the information he needed, informed us of our options, and placed the order for the windows. Just as Steve said they would, the windows arrived in roughly five weeks and were ready for install. The installers were prompt and finished the job beautifully in two days. We replaced all the windows and a sliding door in our home last summer. Windows held up very well through the winter with very little condensation. Our previous windows had so much condensation it would puddle on the base of window. The crew did an amazing job with install and cleanup, and were very respectful. Steve is an awesome guy to work with. Down to earth and very honest...with no high pressure sales pitch. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the project. After the frustration of quotes with a couple of other contractors I found Zen on Angie's List. The process was easy and painless. Very competitive on the pricing. We had our Windows replaced by Zen last fall. Their attention to detail was fantastic. They did not damage any plants during the installation. They did not leave one spect of debris when they were done. The windows are fantastic. There was a minor flaw in one window. Steve followed up and took care of it.

The process went incredibly smoothly. From beginning to end, owner Steve Copsey treated me as if I were a high-end customer who was replacing windows on my whole home. He was unfailingly helpful in explaining options--always forthright, upbeat and friendly. Just the week before contacting Zen Windows, I'd scheduled 4 other companies to look at all the windows of my home. Needless to say, I was on overload with a huge range of opinions and prices. I'm retired on a fixed income, and many of my windows were replaced 10 years ago. I had to decide what really needed to be done now, not make a deal with a salesperson. Steve was my guy! After initial contact via email, I learned more from him in one phone conversation about how the window industry works as to product, pricing and installation than I ever could have divined from all the smoke & mirrors I got from others. In first conversation with Steve I was thinking of doing 5 windows; he was unflappable when I decided before finalizing the order on just the 2. His niceness and helpfulness did not go away. In retrospect, I probably should have done a couple more windows since there is a $200 upcharge for under 4 windows (every other company had this caveat, too, so no surprise or bad feelings). Really like picture window insert installed over my kitchen sink instead of a double hung--and wouldn't have known about that option since no other dealers suggested it. We get a clear view out over deck and it even cost a bit less. Eric was great to deal with as installer, but few little touchups which needed to be done after the job, Steve came out personally to attend to. That's service. And, yes, done with a smile!

We had windows put on our home a few months ago (we wanted to wait and see how they would hold up to the winter). These windows are top notch and didn't draft one bit. They have held up and are much better than the window we had put on previously. The professionalism that was show both at our in home visit and when they were installed by Eric was unprecedented. My wife Rachael and I were amazed at how much cheaper they were than three other quotes we got and without sacrificing quality. In fact the window that were installed were better than the other competition and at a significant less cost. The best part of the whole process was the honesty. We had received quotes from two other companies who stated we should replace our egress window. Steve told us that they are up-selling you and it isn't much much older when you purchased the house. "They're just going to install a similar window and take your money." He could have told us the same thing the other did and made a profit but he didn't. True gentleman. Last but not least, the installation by Eric was done in a little over a day. Every thing was cleaned up perfectly and hauled off our old windows. We are glad we chose Zen. If you're looking for new windows, look no further. Going with another company would be a disservice to yourself.
