After sitting through three 2 hour presentations from other companies I contacted Steve who provided an estimate through a few emails. I chose Zen for 23 replacement windows and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installers were fast and professional. The windows are high quality. They have made my house much more quiet and warm. Steve was a pleasure to work with. I had two minor adjustments made after installment and the follow up service was excellent. I would highly recommend Zen Windows for anyone looking to replace their windows!

I had all my windows, two storm doors, and two screen doors replaced. When Steve came to give me an estimate, all the windows were measured and the entire replacement process was thoroughly explained to me, as well as all the available options. The installers arrived right on time and were friendly, efficient and professional.

After months of agonizing research and consultations with 4 different sized window companies, we recently chose Steve and Zen Windows Twin Cities to replace the majority (10) of the windows in our home. Not only are we extremely happy with the quality of the window products (Soft-Lite vinyl casements and sliders), but we had a great experience with the consultation, measurement and installation process. Steve proved to be very knowledgable and a great resource in helping us make our window choices, without the pressured pitch or manipulation that we'd felt with other sales reps. Frankly, the experience was like having a "friend in the business" over to talk shop over a beer. We very much appreciated the up front and direct communication without having to navigate through layers of reps and project managers that often comes with a large national company. To that end, we felt like we got a great value for our money knowing that Zen's prices were not bloated to cover the overhead and marketing of these larger vendors. Finally, we felt very confident in the lifetime guarantee of the products and installation service we purchased, knowing that any issues down the road would be addressed without charges or service fees. While Steve is a local small business owner, Zen is a national franchise who would honor these guarantees should Steve retire or close his local shop. Almost six months in, we are very happy with our windows and even happier with our overall experience with Zen. We would highly recommend them! In fact, our neighbors just signed a large window project with Steve recently based on our positive experience and recommendation.

Great! One of the doors I ordered kept getting delayed, Steve came up with an alternate solution that saved time and money. The crew, Alex and Austin, arrived on time, were respectful of property (and pets!) and cleaned up when finished. Needed a little more paint on the inside trim and Austin came back and took care of it. We are loving the new doors.

Buying new windows through Steve at Zen was a painless process. The windows look great and we’re installed on time. The installers were great and tidy with their work.

We shopped around and found Zen to be a great value for the quality installation and windows we received. Replaced 6 windows and it took the crew less than a full day! One window came with a broken lock and it was fixed the very next day. Would highly recommend.

The whole team was excellent and responsive. The day of our window installation there was going to be rain and we were sent frequent updates when the crew would be able to come out so that we could avoid the rain. 5 windows (and removal of the old windows) were completed the same day on our 3rd level! We will use Zen Windows for more window replacements in the future.
