Description of Work: We replaced 4 large casement window's in the bedroom and change the shape and size of a fifth. All of the work was completed in less than two days with high quality materials and a complete cleanup.

Description of Work: I'm sitting here trying to figure out ways to give him business. If you want honesty, Steve's the man. Although I did not buy the door from Steve, if that's where we ended up going he would've been the selection. From the gecko Steve was as honest a contractor as I've met. He not only helped to figure out a way to take himself out of the equation but provided me options and solutions that ended up driving me to my decision.

Description of Work: Zen Windows installed 4 energy star vinyl replacement windows upstairs. At our request they also replaced some locks on our downstairs windows, and repaired and painted the wood frame around our downstairs bathroom window which was showing moisture damage created by the shower. Hearing that we disliked the raw edge juncture created where horizontal siding on the ground floor meets vertical siding on the upper floor, they also added a trim piece to our exterior vinyl siding to "finish off" this raw edge created when the home had been sided by a previous owner. We were very pleased with their work, their their personable, courteous interactions with us throughout the project, and their clean up following completion. We would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: There was no pressure of any kind. The windows are very highly rated for quality. Contacts were timely and cordial. Our decision has been held up for personal reasons but we will probably use them if we do the job. I was impressed and appreciative of the way the contacts were handled.

Description of Work: Steve and his crew showed up when he said they would. I was very impressed how they were considerate of keeping the area around where they worked covered with floor coverings. They were efficient and had a great attitude. I heard Steve and Randy singing and humming from time to time. They not only did a great job, but went above and beyond in making sure everything was done right. Very impressed. Would recommend them to everybody.

+ -1 moreI purchased the deal after he came to my house to look at the windows and confirmed the deal would work for me. After purchasing it, he told me the windows do not qualify for the deal. He was going to charge me a lot of extra costs. I tried to work with him, but the extra fees were too much, so I’m looking for an alternate company.

+ -1 moreIt was Great! No sales man and NO high pressure. Steve answered all our questions. The guys were done installing the windows in a day and cleaned up extremely well. They said they would be here at 8:30 am and actually got to the house around 8:15. We really like the lifetime warranty on the windows and feel at ease knowing that. Everything was very professional.

+ -1 moreIt was excellent from the start. We interviewed two other companies and had to deal with the salesman coming to our house and listening to their two hour sales spiel. Steve emailed us the quote after he helped us determine what windows were the best fit for our house. Austin came out to measure and ordered the windows. The installation took a couple days and the guys were very clean and organized. Steve called daily to check in on us and to see if we had any concerns and to make certain we were happy throughout the install. The window quality is superior and the trim work is flawless.
Description of Work: Replaced 10 triple pane windows with all new trim.

Initially when I called Zen Windows, I left a voicemail and Steve called back within an hour. He asked me some questions and emailed me a quote a couple minutes later. I am looking forward to having the windows installed.
