 + -1 moreNot so good. Heather, who answered the phone and took my order, did not seem helpful OR sympathetic. When I was waffling on what to order - a plant or fresh flowers - she was very short with me and said I had to choose! I was really looking for her suggestion, and after her abrupt tone, I chose fresh flowers, and just wanted to get the conversation over with.
Description of Work: Called up to order flowers for condolence. This was through my work.
