They were prompt, on time, and they called before the appointment. They immediately diagnosed the problem and corrected it. They also cleaned up the area they worked in.

Worst experience ever. Hard to know where to start. Our washing machine was only 2 years old and started to run the incorrect
cycle.  On the internet, I was able to diagnose the problem, but saw it would take an expert to fix. The first person to inspect it gave a different diagnosis and told us we'd need a part costing $150.  It took 2 weeks to order it, and then it took them another week to come in and install the part. He installed the part, but it didn't fix the problem.  It took another 2 weeks for them to send someone to see what was wrong. Another diagnosis, and another 3 weeks before the part was installed.  This time the guy broke off a handle and part of the panel.  The part he installed didn't work, and they had to order a new part.  Another 2 weeks to wait, and they forgot to order the parts they broke. 
As you know, it's no fun not having a wash machine, especially with two growing boys.  Every time we tried to call, we got very unsympathetic people in customer service.  In any case, we ended up having to pay for the parts they broke -- by that time we just wanted it fixed and done with them -- and it turned out that my original diagnosis of the problem was correct.
Never will use them again.  By the way, the last guy who came told us that the "free service call" is a scam. They just tack on that $50-$75 to your bill in the hidden charges.

The two different service techs that have come to my house seem qualified. They have resolved all concerns promptly, if not immediately. They come when scheduled, and are reasonably neat. I rate them only 'B' because one of them left dirty fingerprints on my living room wall when they replaced the thermostat and the write-up they left did not give me the detail I would have liked. On price, I have rec'd a quote for $180/yr from another company, so I think their $200 is adequately competitive, but not an 'A'.

When he said I needed a new dryer vent, he said I was going to have to pay another service call because he would have to come back and do the vent repair. He was acting funny, like he was not telling the truth about the repair. I did not have them back.

I CHOSE MICH TECH ONE BECAUSE THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY. THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND DID A GREAT JOB REPAIRING MY FURNACE. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE NOT EXPENSIVE.

I WAS REAL HAPPY WITH THEIR TECHNICIAN. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND HAD MY BURNERS FIXED VERY QUICKLY. FORTUNATELY THE PARTS WERE ON THE TRUCK SO IT DID NOT REQUIRE A SECOND TRIP.

EVERYTHING WAS AS ADVERTISED. I FEEL I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND I THINK THAT THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.
