+ -1 moreThey were supposed to install a sub-pump and did not hook it up properly and tightly. So one nice morning we went down to the basement, it was flooded. We are still repairing it. Avoid Total Plumbing at any cost. The owner did come out, saw the damage, and saw that the hoses were not connected. You would think he would say he was sorry. Never an apology, we could not get them to call us to try to resolve the matter. They will be hearing from us this spring. The price was satisfactory. There was 20 to $25,000 worth of damage.
Description of Work: I used Total Plumbing to put in a sub-pump.

They were knowledgeable and had a friendly attitude. It was a pleasure to work with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

+ -1 moreI have used them for a long time now and they have always been very responsible, punctual and professional. They do great quality work, are nice and always easy going. I would recommend them to everyone.
Description of Work: I hired them to replace 3 hose bibs on the outside of my home. The job took a couple of hours.
