Excellent quality of service. Mananger really fought for our business and went above and beyond to provide us with the roof we wanted. He also installed a ceiling vent and extra roof vents. This company is the best when it comes to roofing and service.

I thought it went well. Vinnie's smart and hires good people. They went over and above to make it go smoothly and quickly. I was really pleased.

Good first impression. I was intimidated by my lack of knowledge/ experience, Vince's patience/ willingness to address all my concerns is appreciated. I was satisfied with their scheduling process, however they didn't inform me about the materials delivery the previous day. Vince was to be around, but no surprises, he wasn't. However his people were courteous and hardworking. The job went fast, as there were many people working on the roof and cleaning up as they went. They broke an outdoor light and didn't report it to the company. I had to do it later. They used inferior decking than ordered, if I hadn't been on site I wouldn't have caught that. They had to complete the job with that material and ideally I'd expect them to redo the roof. However all they would do was discount the price by the cost of material. When our roof started leaking, we called around to get it fixed. They came out the next day and replaced several shingles and sealed them. They were done in no time and our roof hasn't leaked since. They did quality work and were professional to deal with.
