Mike did the estimate for our pool remodel. They changed our brick coping to cement and put on new tiles in the summer. The pool looks like a brand new pool. It's unbelievable. I would use them again.

mike and his crew were fantastic.they were here when they said they would be and did a great job.they did quality work and cleaned up when done. I will recomend them to some people I know who need a complete rebuild. thanks again Mike

I am not difficult to deal with. I had Mike from Prestige quote the job of replacing the tiles around the pool. I didn't haggle on price I just asked it be done right. After the job was complete the grout started cracking. I've contacted Mike all last summer only to be put off. He indicated it would be taken care of asap this spring. I get sproradic return of calls, or no contact. The tiles are now ready to fall off. I indicated to mike I would file small claims, but apparently they have an arbitration clause. I have all the documented contacts and pics to show how poorly done. I would have preferred not to but no response.

Everything went very well. I just didn't like the lack of communication on when they were coming and I didn't appreciate being told AFTER the pool was almost done that I had to buy a 350.00 truck load of water to help cure the pool. I feel that they should of disclosed that prior to the job and included it in their quote not have me do the leg work.. However, the workers were very respectful and did do a fantastic job..

1st call, Bob showed up the next day equipped with samples of different types of liners and pictures of jobs done previously. He gave me reasonable estimate, and I'm waiting for next spring to call Bob to start on the project .

BOB CAME RIGHT OUT, GAVE A QUOTE AND MY NEW LINER WAS PIT IN THE NEXT WEEK. tHE INSLALLER FOR THE POOL WAS GREAT. tiM DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND IN ONE DAY EVERYTHING WAS DONE. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

hiring prestige pools to instal my pool liner was the best decision i made in my life . Tim is a proffesional installer i will recommend him to anybody that is looking to have a pool work done . Thanks to Mike and Tim im gonna enjoy my summer .

It took (3 months and is a King George not an in ground. Somewhat organized. Prestige wants the money up front. They did the work on days that they could.

Bob is GREAT to work with!! Had a small issue with his sub-contractor and Bob addressed it immediately. problem was resolved quickly and exceeded expectations.
