I have exclusively worked with Bob Farr at Prestige Pools in servicing and maintaining my pool. The last few years have been extremely difficult financially. My pool has been my enjoyment since I have not had money to travel. Bob was patient and understanding of my situation and treated my like a friend while I get back on my feet. I look forward to better times ahead and a continued working relationship with Bob and Prestige Pools.

Very disheartened to report that this is just the second summer after having a complete marcite replacement and we are experiencing a surface wide discoloring issue. The problem started in small affected areas and has now spread throughout almost the entire surface of the pool The discoloring is light gray against the white marcite with some areas in a random pattern while other areas reflect the trowel motions back and forth across the surface. We are working with Prestige to investigate the root cause and determine a course of corrective action, but as of this date no solution has been identified and the problem appears to be getting worse. I hope to provide a future report that the problem has been satisfactorily resolved.

This guys did a great job, they worked hard and were very efficient. My pool looks amazing! Very please with the service and will totally recommend them.

Workers were very efficient. Did a beautiful job on refinishing the pool with marcite. Had a lot of compliments on the job. I will use this business for my pool.

We had our built in pool completely remodeled. They poured new concrete around the entire pool area, refinished the marcite, installed new tile and coping and completely re-plumbed the filter system. I was very pleased with Prestige Pools right from the beginning. Mike looked at the pool and gave me a quote during the first visit. I found everyone one involved with the project to be friendly and eager to accommodate our requests and schedule. He had all areas of the project covered, we did not need to find a separate concrete contractor as others wanted us to do. Qualified Construction has been working with him for years and has poured concrete for many pools. They even pulled out five small trees in the area with no complaints. Mike suggested that we do the project now instead of the spring for several reasons, weather had been dry - no ruts in the grass, forecast was for warm enough temperatures, we did not know what kind of spring weather we will have, the pool would be ready in the spring instead of just starting the project and they were just finishing their season and had the time for one more job. As it turned out the weather was perfect for the project. I can't say enough, these guys were very professional and I highly recommend them. The pool turned out absolutely FANTASTIC! Andrew H.

Prestige Pools removed the 40 year old in-ground pool that was in my parents' backyard. They filled the hole, graded the backyard, and laid sod. The job was done professionally, reasonably priced, and their customer service was excellent. They always returned my phone calls or texts promptly. They were a joy to work with!!!

Prestige Pools replaced the liner of my 16x32 in ground pool and it LOOKS FABULOUS . Everything fits from top to bottom and around the stairs with no wrinkles. They enough went and bought new port and drain covers and the stair casing at no extra charge.

The quality of work done to our pool, which is coping and tile, was excellent. Customer service, not so good. The amount of time it took for this reno was not acceptable.

They were to install a drain where we accumulated water at a low point in the decking. This work was marginal. I think this was a subcontractor. The hot tub jets had a leaking line that was found by my husband although the plumber claimed he found it. There was no repairing it so my husband opted to disconnect that jet. The first time we ran the jet pump something else blew. We were told that the water lines would be tested by sonar that was able to pinpoint any leaks but we never saw that happen. This summer we did not notice any problems with leaks or losing water.

After interviewing six area pool companies, we knew as soon as Mike came to our home for a quote that Prestige was the right fit for our gunite pool restoration. We could not be happier with the outcome of the job. Prestige replaced all of the coping, tile, and applied new marcite to the pool. The crew was very professional and it was apparent that they were pro's at what they do. I feel that for the amount of hard work that was performed that the pricing was very reasonable. After years of looking at an eye sore of a pool we are happy to now enjoy what looks like a brand new pool! 100% Happy!

When I took the winter cover off of my pool this year I found that the liner was coming out of the coping. I wasn't sure if I was going to have to replace the liner or if it could be put back in place. After several attempts to reach the company that installed the liner 8 years ago I gave up. I found Prestige Pools and couldn't be happier! Within less than a week Robert came out to look at the pool, he had a crew here when promised and they were able to put the liner back in. Scotty and Gary were polite and friendly and got the job the done. I will definitely use Prestige Pools again!!

Job was completed more than a month later than promised running into a trip previously scheduled so we couldn't be there to inspect and it was Fall so the cover went on right away. When pool was opened following summer, coping was pulled away from the tile in spots and stamped concrete seal/stain was coming off.We had not been told it requires sealing each year or every other year. When I called Mike Farr fo find out who I should call to seal it, he was unable to provide any recommendations.I was on my own.

I couldn't be more pleased with Prestige Pools. My pool was a swamp and now it like blue crystals. They were the most economical pool repair resource but the quality of their service was top notch. I knew nothing about pools and he kept everything on budget. He was very helpful with explaining exactly what I needed and what I didn't. It was an unbelievable transformation. I highly recommend Bob and his team! You will be happy you did.

Prestige Pools was a lifesaver for me, they fit my repair project in at the end of the season and put all my fears at ease. They were very professional, and the quality of the work is beyond expectation. If you have a pool repair or even opening or closing, do your self a huge favor and call only the best.. Mike, your are the best....my only complaint is that they don't do windows, roofs, siding, driveways, heating & cooling or electical because if they did I would never have to worry about hiring a contractor again. I have owned 3 homes and have worked with all these kinds of contractors but Prestige you are the best. THANKS MIKE !!!!!
