BILL'S PLUMBING & SEWER SERVICE

On April 9, 2018, we had Bill's Plumbing and Sewer Service out to clean the drain pipe from our kitchen sink which had slowed and then backed up. I found them on Angie’s List through the search “Plumbers - drain cleaning”. In the 25 years I’ve lived in this house, we’ve had this drain snaked about four times, but not recently (10 years). The plumber in previous clean outs went onto the roof and snaked down an unused bathroom stack next to the kitchen. Bill's Plumbing wouldn’t do this and snaked through the kitchen sink pipe. The Tech said he’d go out 50’ (albeit a smaller auger). This work did not fix the problem. The drain is still blocked and now we have another Plumber to come out to snake the drain. My husband talked with Bill's Plumbing this morning and they offer NO (partial) refund or credit for future work. I wouldn’t recommend this plumber if you have a job other than a very simple one. You’ll end up calling and paying someone else.

What I like best is that he?s my neighbor. I would recommend him to a friend. Everybody around here uses him.

They showed up when they said they would, they did the job as they said they would, and they didn't make a mess. The interaction with them was good, and the job turned out perfect. They did everything like they said they would.

They were awesome. They didn't try to scam us or do anything that they don't have to do. They tried talking us out of doing some stuff. We had a very good experience with them. I did not have a problem with them and I will hire them for any problem I will have.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the workers that come out, when I called I was in such a panic that the owner I believe his name was Stan Moore calmed me down and assured me that he would get his crew out and get the problem fixed and to top it off it wasnt nearly as much as I thought it was going to be.

My wife and I bought a foreclosed home that has been on the market for some time because it would fail a pressure test when the price dropped we decided to take a look. the inspector ran a test and it failed so we called bills plumbing to take a look. They checked it out and said there's no problems visible when they ran a pressure test and discovered that someone turned on a wash tub sink on full and snappePd it off. After a quick fix they ran it again and it passed. Thanks to they're professionalism and honesty we got a dream home at an unbearable price. I was thinking we where going to get a run around. But nope just grate service.

My old 1957 house was not taken care of by previous owners but the young man who worked on the bathroom was very professional. He did an excellent job and finished in two to three hours. He also took all the trash with him.

THEY CAME OUT AS SOON THEY COULD. THE SEWER WAS BACKING UP IN THE BASEMENT AND THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF THIS PROBLEM. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP THE WATER IN THE BASEMENT FOR US. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
