Had 2 different techs come out on 2 separate occasions, giving 2 different diagnoses on our furnace issue. I would say both techs were very cordial & professional. But $350 later we're still having the same issue with our furnace.

I asked for them to come out and analyze the problem with my air conditioner and give me an estimate of the cost to repair it. Mind you I already knew it was not operating properly. Well that is what they told me for $75. I got no real answer to what the problem is or even a estimate of cost to do the repair. They told me it was to cold to analyze the system. I ask you, if it is to cold to work on the system, why would you come out. Why wouldn't you wait until you could perform the service for which you are being hired.

Cleaned the furnace and was very knowledgeable. He gave me different options for another issue that I am having. Looking forward to discuss them and hopefully take care of this issue.

Young HVAC rep. Mark did an excellent job on servicing my furnace and checking it thoroughly and they are very fairly priced. He was courteous, polite and very professional. The only reason they lost a half star rating is they could not keep the original appointment but I understand the winter season is upon us and they were backlogged on the date of the original appointment and they called me about 2 hours before the appt. to reschedule. Mark did a thorough job of testing my older furnace to ensure there was no CO present and that the furnace did not need a replacement.

service tech came out to fix problem very promptly. tech was honest and professional.

Came the same day that I called. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Offered me the option of a "quick-fix" or to completely replace the part that was going bad. I opted to replace - he went to pick up the part and was back the same day to replace it. Friendly, honest tech. Would highly recommend this business and would use again.
