Offered to show up after hours, but It wasn’t necessary. Percy showed up 1st thing in the morning and diagnosed my problem, sourced the part, and had my furnace back up in 2 1/2 hours. Would definitely recommend them.

AC went out on Labor Day and I was able to schedule an appointment through HomeAdvisor for 9AM the next morning. They showed up, diagnosed the problem and matched-up parts for a very old unit, returning back the same day after 7PM to complete the work. Excellent Customer service and good pricing. Technician was great!

I called Young HVAC to fix the AC in my home. The gentlemen that came seemed very knowledgeable, and told me I needed my unit replaced. However, he surprised me, and told that it cost $80 just to come out for the 15 minutes he was here. I'm never the person to complain, but when I originally spoke with the owner of Young HVAC, he never mentioned anything about a service charge. During our original phone conversation, all he said was he'll have someone right over to take a look at it. When I had called back to discuss the situation, he implied that I should be happy he's not charging me $135 for after business hours service. I've used HomeAdvisor for other services around my house, and have had nothing but good experiences. However, I was very disappointed this time around. You would think it would be an important conversation to have with a customer prior to sending someone over. What if he surprised me and said $500?! As a business owner myself, I understand the value of companies being transparent with there customers, and this situation was far from that.

They arrived promptly and went right to work. Very professional and pleasant. Was able to fix the AC and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to have this company work in my home again.

Needed emergency weekend service for business. They showed up as scheduled. However he could have spent a little for time cleaning “a coil” internals. Overall very good experience.
