+ -1 moreHe demanded an immediate decision on a very comprehensive job. When we said we needed to discuss our options, he became impatient, rude, and actually said he doesn't have "F---ing" time to deal with this and stormed off.
Description of Work: Jeff came to our house to give us an estimate. We have an acre lot and we asked him to survey and evaluate the trees.

+ -1 moreOwner came out to house. He seemed qualified and knowledgable. Also, he provided a decent quote. He sent his crew out to start the job in April. They did not bring all the necessary tools to complete the project and promised to return the next day. We foolishly paid in full expecting they would return as promised. It is now July and despite several calls they still have not completed the project. Jeff, the owner, stated a few times he would finish the project personally. They even called one day to say they were coming out and then never showed up. He was full of excuses and now just doesn't return the calls. We are quite disappointed with this contractor and would certainly not recommend.

+ -1 moreGot estimate from Jeff, he started the job 4 days later as described. And took a little over a day to complete.
Description of Work: Jeff removed two huge American Elm trees in my backyard that were over my home and power lines. He did the job in a very safe manner and the clena-up was excellent. He finished in just over a day and my wife and I were very happy with his service.
