I called the office and the person that does the scheduling was very nice and professional. The day of the service the plumber called to let me know he was on his way. When the plumber got there he took a look at the shower handle, showed me what was wrong and told me the cost of the service. He repaired the handle and even cleaned the drain for me!!!. He cleaned up after he was completed and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone. The name says it all "EXPERT PLUMBING"
