 + -1 moreHe was very friendly, knowledgeable, had the parts and tools needed for the job. He came out in a timely manner even though Im sure he was swamped with calls, the temps were brutal around July 4th. Thats always when your air stops working, right? We have a new Heating and Cooling company now.
Description of Work: I called Louie out of total desperation after another company had told us our air conditioner could not be fixed--I was so bummed having lived without air already for days and now going into a holiday weekend. I felt helpless. Louie came out, tested unit, put new part on and we were up and running in no time.
